I wonder how big this holiday event is in the DRC. In a number of countries (such as Canada or USA) there is virtually no work disruption whereas in other its a 2 week event for Easter celebration

There are many valid ways to document money is spent for the benefit of the project-for example allocate and value time spent by RRR people (AB or Kaintz) to conduct paper studies), prepare reports, evaluate how to import equipment into country etc

Dont misinterpret this. IMO RRR has been too aggressive in making spending commitments in anticipation of the DRC cash coming in. The plates are spinning and keeping them spinning is time consuming. On the positive side the gold price is up substantially since properties were acquired which should (emphasis on should) make it more possible that a deal can be done, so RRR's shareholders are still waiting for a deal to be done on something

Is that a fair wage for an company dealing in multiple countries (UK, Australia, Kenya, DRC, Ivory Coast just to name 4) multiple languages, different currencies etc. The level of financial complexity is high even with low levels of activities). Different countries have different financial and tax requirements, laws etc

This is the basic problem I have pointed out before., RRR gets involved in different countries and each requires knowledge with expertise. It costs RRR even if no exploration is being conducted, financial and tax reports still have be filed.

On AB/RRR there is too much focus on the 'noise' and not on real issue 'can the DRC cash award be achieved'

The country (DRC) has a lot of things going on which require the time and attention of the President and his staff (the same group who serves as arbitrator). Even at the best of times the legal process is not fast, quick or easy.

banbury free trade is not just about tarriffs. there are many barriers to free trade. the uk does not allow import of chicken washed in chlorine but allows import of lettuce washed in cholorine. the published tarriffs rates only tell part of the story. canada has a low starting tarriff for us milk for example but escalates up to as high as 300%

ie tarriffs are not the flat rates you read in the google searches. vietnam has already to the usa to go to zero tarrifs

Outsiders lack information. This is a far different conclusion than 'missing'

RRR has gold in the ground and that does have value that is impacted by the current gold price

RRR/AB have commented for years about a gold JV or asset sale but nothing has happened.

RRR has no cash to do anything on its existing gold properties

In 2024 RRR issued mutliple RNS about work/production and assay results coming from termite holes. Nothing happened with any of it

Outsiders (me) have very limited information. Outside of DRC award I dont see signficant cash coming in. Yes asset sales or JV could do that, Yes RRR has stated that they have interested parties (I heard that before so I dont know why this time is different than the past) Plus AB is in the DRC which makes closing that type of deal problematic, not impossible but IMO for now unlikely

couple of observation- a-too much focus on the a specific word. Clearly it is not yet done

Why a new bank account? Answer IMO a new account was opened at the bank which holds the funds for the DRC arbitration award. Having an account at the same bank eliminates any lag time for transfers between banks

IMO people misstate AB words and then fault him for their own misunderstanding. To be fair and clear RRR has not always provided context when announcing future work plans for other project. I know that RRR lacks cash and IMO nothing happens without cash so for me I always discounted any future plans
