Theeduke- Please expand upon the opinion that suspension is clearly on the cards.

What triggers suspension on the AIM? prior posts indicated that it would be caused by not filing financials (twice a year)

So the next possible trigger date would be in about 6 months. This is far different timing that posters were expressing (as in suspension this week)

I have been here long enough that the suspension issue comes up every 6 months (sky is falling) and then comes the inevitable post that it could happen in the future. The constant alarm destroys credulity as much as lithium exports or 2024 gold production

IMO the headline says it all. Too many bashers go on and on about looming suspension and then when financials are filed find someone else negative to post about

I think this board is divided into 3 groups of posters

1-RRR shareholders -of which I am one are in the distinct minority

2-bashers complaining about the past some going back as 20 years

3-debt holders who are accused of pumping the stock (doing a bad job of it btw) for the nefarious purpose of lending RRR more money (IMO they dont really need to be posting on this board but I suppose that is not relevant

1-judge us on our lithium exports

2- judge us on our gold production

3- judge us on the absolutely impenitent DRC arbitration award

I know the UK does play a lot of baseball but do you have a 3 strikes rule ?

The arbitration is being conducted in DRC where French is the official language. Even if AB was present at the all proceedings (doubtful) they are still being conducted in a different language, in a different country, a different legal system (not British)

In South African english 'soon' means 'later' or 'eventually'. In some cultures 'soon' could also used for 'probably'

In the DRC there are different tribes, different cultures, different languages. AB may speak French but I doubt (dont really know) if he is a native speaker or if the people he is speaking to are native French speakers.

This is comparable to the UK and Canada. People of both countries speak English but the meaning or usage of some words are different

Banbury I definitely do not like the secrecy. While I understand the need to keep information secret I do fault RRR for the lack of a descriptive narrative. To me it is not enough to say 'imminent' RRR should explain why they believe that. What do they see as the next steps? In a novel situation (like this one) RRR probably has very limited information (and mostly likely not reliable) as to those future steps. Mention the variables and as new variables come to their attention add those to the list

Nothing anyone can do about it now.

Banbury When I invested I thought the probable time frame was about 3 years. I bought early because of the possibility of a settlement. With 20/20 hindsight I should have waited but hindsight is always perfect. Quite frankly I never anticipated that RRR/AB would start acquiring other assets before actually receiving the funds.

Again I like the risk vs reward.

RRR is getting funded by one or more groups who believe they will be paid back their principal and their very high interest rates which is albeit a limited on, a vote of confidence

IMO the DRC arbitration award (pending) and related claims are hardly average. I know of no other situation like this which makes them unique (one of a kind perhaps)

Being average means that that you must know of something better. Good for you but if so please share with the board.

You are entitled to your own interpretation of the fact but you are not entitle to your version of the facts

Theeduke I am not privy to the details of the progress, AB has stated that there is progress. Based on AB's statements there has been progress. Its not done till its done IMO timing remains uncertain

David M -well stated on timing of DRC. IMO even if weeks the RRR ship will not sink, either AB gets an asset sale or JV to keep going or more loans or worst case RRR will have to issue more shares

Theeduke your points are just variations of mine. Lenders want to make money. Making 30% only works if the principal is paid back plus they want the interest paid IMO no one lends money to avoid losing money on a share investment (good money after bad is not a good business decision

Theeduke OK so you disagree with the 2 points I listed. Why do you think Lenders provide loans to RRR?

IMO groups lend to RRR because: 1-RRR needs cash but does not want to issue shares

2-lenders make the loans because they are confident of being repaid the principal and make a profit with the interest being charged.

Banbury I still agree that Helpful is an insider. I also believe that Helpful should be posting. However I must recognize that despite my personal opinion Helpful still posts and that I can do nothing about it

I do not believe this chat room or probably any chat room causes people to buy or sell. I first purchased RRR shares and then later looked for stock chat just to see what others were writing about RRR.

The bashers and pumpers like Helpful feed off each other, each giving the other the motivation for more posts (ie noise)

The bashers hope against hope is company fails in order to vindicate their world view while they constantly rail against someone who has admittedly lent RRR funds and invested directly into projects.

Nothing happens without money. RRR's other project may or may not be good but nothing will happen without money (not a big revelation there).

This is false

Gecamines has been waiting to be instructed via the Arbitration Award to fix who they should pay.

RRR states it should be them. Others claim it should be paid to them. So if there are for example 452 other claimaints for those funds the Arbitrator has to evaluate those claims, make a finding that those other claims are not valid. All that take time
