Banbury RRAL When the RRR/POW deal was announced I thought AB had a deal for the entire project all lined and it would be announced within 30 days. What has the point of the deal? RRR just increased the cash burn rate

Banbury AB/RRR have made a lot of statements which are either not true, misleading, lack clarity etc

such as

-equipment on its way but then people got sick then ignore

-meeting with buyers and then nothing

-immenient, soon, etc

-NDA's signed (implying potential deal) then silence.)

-assays done payment just needs to be made- then payment made but no assays

-person on site presumably doing something for gold production then nothing

All of the above (and more) to me are more relevant than any promise of any reduction of salary which has been made more than once

IMO the cake is already baked and changing the ingredients after the fact wont change how the cake tastes

Banbury Correct I am sensitive to both the salary and personal loan issue because IMO neither will be effective in dealing with the basic problem (lack of cash flow) nor will the salary reduction be appreciated (it is not low enough-any amount is too much, a loan? amount should have been more and whatever interest rate is charged is too high)

In other words if RRR is a house wreck then putting up curtains (lower salary and/or loan) does nothing to change the fundamentals. AB must deliver something

Those interest rates are a big red flag that RRR has limited access to funding

Robins- re your comment that AB should provide RRR funds so that RRR would not have to borrow funds

Personally I would love to invest in exploration company where the CEO worked for free and provided all the risk money.

Yes- Why? RRR has no cash flow and even after the DRC legal victory 3 years kept acquiring new properties in different countries meaning RRR was obligated to spend more and more money

Again nothing new here. RRR is not in a 'good place' and has not been in a 'good place'. Comments like that made by an insider should never have been made

I(and no doubt others) have known this for quite awhile. What does that mean for investor and lenders?

1-lenders- they will want high interest rates and clearly RRR has done that to borrow money

Any individual who spends more than they make also has to pay higher interest rates

2) shareholders and investors I also expect/hope for a significant gain.

The annual report is continuation of the financial results RRR has put out for at least 3+ years. The interest rates keep getting higher because of the DRC delays. The lenders see more risk compounded by RRR 's desire to spend more money which is also magnified by not collecting DRC funds, no IPO from ELEP and no deal no RRAL(which RRR has now doubled down on after buying out POW)

Why is RRR still spending money in or for Greenland?

Is RRR spending cash or it an accrued liability for some reason?

I find it strange that RRR has difficulty paying for assays (termites) but might be making cash payment related to Greenland

Robins- I invested into RRR because of the DRC issue. At that time I thought it could take at least 3 years. I invested at that time because there was always a chance of an early result. IMO the resolving the larger claim could take even longer. Again there is always a chance for an earlier resolution. Court case take time and international issues even longer and this is even in countries with well established legal systems (think UK, Canada or US). IMO DRC would take longer

AB/RRR have expounded at length the issues they have faced. Even a brief exam on the internet would show anyone the perils of the DRC legal system

Thus I am not surprised that RRR has had constant delays. My criticism on RRR relates to the acquisition of new properties in new countries which increase the cash burn rate. Offsetting that criticism is the likely AIM requirement for activity.

Just being public is costly and RRR felt the need for activity. That activity such as gold in Burkina Faso may yet yield results. Chasing Lithium obviously did not

Now that AB/RRR has gotten this out of the way which is no doubt a time consuming effort requiring AB's primary attention, AB can now focus on other activities

1-DRC continued cozy up to the Presidential office

2- RRAL- a JV is possible but IMO an IPO is more likely. The framework can be arranged but any listing IMO will not happen until next year

3- Gold- person (s?) on site, and we wait for the termite report. Either one could generate an RNS

2) after that is completed then RRR will pursue the larger claim. That larger claim will also involving VUP

Rather perversely VUP could also make a claim. They sold the property for $20 million to a 2nd party who then sold it for $500+ million so VUP can also make a claim for damages. Even if that VUP can not be made in good faith RRR will have reasons to continue to speak to VUP

IMO the audited financial statements are due shortly and since there is an obligation to disclose subsequent events up to the date of issuance then this would factor into rushing to complete any transactions until AFTER the audited financial statements and year end reports were issued.

IMO add this to the damages caused by the taking of the DRC asset

RNS Nov 18th "Further to the announcement of 7th October 2024, Red Rock has an obligation to pay a post-completion sum of £250,000 and some other amounts to be computed in respect of the purchase of the 49.9%.of the project not previously held. The payment was due within a sixty day cure period expiring today. Red Rock is finalising the terms of this payment and an announcement will be made shortly."

Question- How long does it take to 'finalize' terms of payment?
