Since RRR made that statement in an RNS on Sept 16th it has been 10 days. No update on operations or other properties just announcing a GM to issue more shares

To me it is a logical comment, after all AB choose to be in DRC, it was a conscious decision to leave the UK and travel to the DRC Since there was no news announcement we have no idea if anything was accomplished. However given the lack of news I think it is fair to say it was more of the same. People telling AB he is close and a deal will soon be made. Meanwhile they hand him a bill for for their ongoing wok

Tray I totally agree with what you are saying. I am from the RRR board and at that time of the deal I thought Bell was betting the company and his job on the DRC cash coming through. AB has consistently gotten RRR into deals thinking over and over again that the DRC cash would be coming through as people/advisors in the DRC kept assuring him

I just hope that POW will exercise control, appoint Directors and then replace the CEO

Targa123 I dont know if money was paid from a UK company, mostly likely it was paid by a DRC company owned by the parent company. In any event there was money waitiing to be paid in the DRC so IMO it made sense first to establish that VUP (RRR's partner) was wrong- this was done and it is very important if RRR want to eventually hold Glencore responsible for additional damages.

If this is in regards to the DRC issue then why or how does a UK court have proper jurisdiction over that issue. Even if a UK court case was filed then how would the UK legal system enforce that order in the DRC?

Fyi Malaria exists throughout the key but the main transmission time is Oct through April. Malaria pills reduce transmission by 90%

Summary RRR has been negatively impacted from getting DRC cash and BF cash flow because people got sick.

next up RRAL deal I hope those people are taking care of themselves

I am mystified by the view of 'balanced views'

RRR's debt situation was like a building on fire. This fire was point out over and over

But several posters objected to those types of post and replied the heat given off by the building is nice I can roast marshmellows.

I want to be optimistic too. I like looking at the positive side (RRR does have positives-DC cash, RRAl, Elephant oil) but the debt is crushing and immediate whereas those positive things will take time, time that is not available due to the debt.

So by all means roast marshmallows with optimism while I (and other RRR shareholders) not only recognized the risk, feared the risk and now take no comfort that it became a reality

Thank you. I looked at Tray's post on POW and most importantly he points out that RRR raising funds also reprices the original stock compensation to POW which is a big block of RRR shares. My prior posts pointed out this risk. POW becomes a very large shareholder of RRR and could end up with effective control. This could end up with new directors who then appoint a new CEO

AimDogs Correct they are an Echo chamber reinforcing and emphasizing (unrealistic/misleading) each others positive posts, while at the same time stating that other posters lack 'balance' for pointing out the obvious problem of no cash, pending POW payment, no operational news regarding BF gold production etc.

No doubt this dose of reality will be met with statements like "I knew it all along'.

The key unknown remains DRC cash. I have no doubt that AB believes it is coming (still after 3 years). My issue remains the same-he should have waited for funds to be received before obligating RRR on all these projects.

Eventually even bad news will become known and delaying releasing that news just makes RRR look worse

Possible change in Directors? or could they just announce a new director? resignation of current director?

H50 GM - I was thinking more shares to be issued but others have previously posted that RRR has lots of room to issue shares.

You raise the possibility of an asset sale- Does AIM require shareholder approval for say a sale/IPO of RRAL?

1-RRAL/POW not paid AB waiting for DRC

2-DRC cash-AB must be waiting for something, he went for a reason and was there for a long time. IMO he is waiting for something

3-BF-SNAFU

Robins--any employee will always choose to be paid, that's why they work. IMO no one works for free

I have a job and I expect to be paid every single time. Do you work for free? If yes then please work for RRR, it would help lower costs.

Also if possible please travel to BF and put that property into production, if company needs money this should also come from personal funds

IMO the primary issues go back to RRR not waiting for DRC funds but instead went out and got involved in different projects in different countries which then committed RRR to keep spending money thereby forcing the issuance of additional shares. This will keep happening until A DRC cash arrives of B-BF starts producing

RRR/AB had the right idea with lithium but the market price collapsed. Lots of people did not see that coming
