You may own 1 share which would make your statement true but you also own debt instruments of over 100,000 pounds thus your true financial interests do not align with the RRR shareholders.

this is a great one and really highlights management's skills, RRR acquires multiple properties in the DRC but someone operating in the DRC is a choice. Like RRR had no idea the properties in the DRC actually had to be operated in the DRC.

Of course this ignore the possibility that having more people involved in the decision making process might improve the overall decision making process. What is the metric to make that determination? Increased shareholder value? or Increasing number of shares?

If the metric is increasing the number of shares then yes, Roles should be combined, remove other directors. If all constraints were removed then RRR could issue more shares faster

Why"? RRR is not doing business there 2 people got sick so equipment was not delivered, since no RNS those people are still siick, perhaps long term covid? Who knows? They may never get better. Fortunately there medical bills are being paid by funds provided by the bank in Cyprus, when/if they better they will have homes in Greenland.
