Who actually counts the votes for AIM companies?

In Canada it is the stock transfer agent which is independent of the public company

just wondering if the 'show of hands' is of any concern or just a way to not disclosing the vote or some other unknown reason

not Helpful and not accurate. RRR has stated information to the contrary. Payment to POW is past due.

Unless you have seen, read and understood the RRAL purchase agreement then you are not in position to state what happens when a payment is not made in a timely manner

Misinformation is false or inaccurate information—getting the facts wrong. Disinformation is false information which is deliberately intended to mislead—intentionally misstating the facts.

All information is not equal and cannot be simply accepted as 'sharing'

If I yell 'fire' in a crowded movie theatre I am not sharing information

When 'insiders' or their associates post information they have a special duty which is recognized in both a legal sense as well as moral and ethical

Thus posting information about 'gold production' in Burkina Faso is especially heinous and despicable.

Given RRR most recent RNS it should be clear and evident that equipment, trucks etc were never sent and thus gold production was not possible.

It should also be pointed out those posts were also 'recommended' by a number of readers which IMO signifies support and not simply 'silence'

If anyone plans on attending please notes or comments on this board. I will not be there but I would be curious as to what is said and if AB is there or is on his way to the DRC

Clearly there is no update. If POW declared a default would RRR or POW have to disclose that.

RRR's statements for an update in the coming week certainly has not been met. I suspect the people AB is dealing with on multiple fronts all know that he is desperate for a deal and are really squeezing him for a deal (is any can actually be made)

I strongly disagree with the "show of hands" methodology to approve any shareholder measure.

Imagine 4 shareholders 3 show their hands in approval and one does not. That measure is approved

Now imagine counting the number of shares- Each person who 'showed their hand' each own one share for a total of 3 shares in favor. The disapproving shareholder owns 100 shares. If the # of shares are counted then the measure is not approved.

A 'show of hands' also ignore the reality that they might not actually own shares if the signed proxy votes were actually counted. If a married couple is in attendance and both show their hands does that count as 2 votes?

Re: Recon great interview and corporate information. Once again Helpful points out how a company can provide information to shareholders and potential shareholders in stark contrast to RRR
