Can't help but think this should be the low.. Having worked with them 20yrs ago and observed their level of arrogance and serious lack of self-awareness that got them into this position. I hope the new leadership can inspire them to evolve to anticipate their customers needs better..... Before its too late.

Agree.. Since becoming CEO, SP has gone from 160p to circa 91p. Good news and hope the CFO is successful with shareholder returns..

Any guestimates on worst case/best case dividend x pence for Haleon? Right now 0 as its all subject to performance but like to see what it might be if its in line with expectations from the pre-split conjuring..

Perhaps the 31/33p dividend needs to be confirmed before it moves up from circa 440.

My Halifax is showing a rather high cost basis (525) for shares I bought for 400.
1. How do we calculate the cost basis of the new shares... e.g is it (Cost of Old Shares - Capital Return)/Number of new shares?
2. Not seen the Tax illustration get published yet on the Aviva site . Perhaps its coming soon per May 31st timeline.

Sorry to ask a dumb question, as it feels obvious but for my NEW Shares. At some future point I decide to dispose of them, is the new cost basis essentially Price Paid for Old Shares x 76/100? .. thanks all.

HFX capital return is in and consolidation showing now.
HSBC investdirect , shows the consolidation but the cash is not there... guess still coming sometime by May 31

Nice if the price stays low during this time till May 16th. Should bring down the CGT on the return for my non-ISA shares.
