Note. The compensation policy at wpp currently (due for review in 2025 agm) is that the ceo holds minimum 600% of base salary in shares within 7 years of appointment. (2024 annual report).

Looking at the 2024 report, he's got a fair few shares looking at his remuneration which I'm sure has been renegotiated up too.
