Buying in here on this dip at 3045 as entry point. Gen AI infrastructure (Nvidia etc) and SaaS (Copilots etc) is very different from the clear benefits for REL business across the board.

This budget is their last chance to do something and stop blaming other things from the past.

Stamp duty reform, council tax, isas, energy costs and genuine policy and planning changes would boost housebuilders significantly and give people homes which are safe and mantainable.

Let's just hope the quality stays high. I've got friends who could their shiny new homes from TW and others fall apart in 10yrs. Wish they would take lessons from the great housebuilders of the 1930s etc.

Would be a lucky escape. That strategic review could not happen fast enough and actions to shore up their existing and new customer base.
