and orderly, in the background. I would not be very surprised to see am RNS or two in the coming weeks or months of an ii with 3 or 4%.

That would be $7m MORE than if Navitas had raised no finance at all, of the $1.4b pre oil Capex arranged. And ignores the likely $50 -$60m Rock will have in their bank account.

SP taking a breather today and volume down. This is a good thing as the SP has been on a bit of a swift journey the last 7 weeks. Not sure how long that will last if we (still?) have a HNWI or ii accumulating.

Regarding profits and what they mean to those lucky enough to have some, I discussed with Mrs S just last night that I could sell half my shares, pay of mortgage and live of private pensions, and still have a substantial investment to enjoy the Rock journey........However it is too early for that. OM needs to drop the $31m to $65m in to Rocks coffers, Shenandoah needs to come on stream, and and Navitas pull the FID starting gun. Maybe thats the top slice zone for me?

Hi, JEBR, I'll have a stab at one week after FID predictions and go for 55p.

Does not intend, is not the same as will not. I would prefer Rock to hold on to as much of the oil fields as possible, however a third party, especially an American one, who contributed $500-$1,000m leaving a 15/30/55% ownership split, would be well received by the markets imo.

If a third partner wants to JV in, what should they pay?? IMO, $500m to $1B. Maths why explained below.

Scenario

Production breakeven approximately US$24 per barrel (Phase1, 2 and 3)

917MMbbls 2C Category, If POO averages $65/bbl

9% royalty on turnover, 26% corporate tax on profits

917m x 65 = $59.6Billion gross turnover revenue

Minus 9% Royalty of $5.4B

Minus Capex/Opex (at $24bbl x 917m) - $22B

Minus Corp Tax 26% - $8.4B

Leaves $23.8B NET Profit, or $238m per 1% owned.

If another partner wants 15%, equal to $3.5B net profit, then coughing up $500m to $1billion seems very reasonable to me. Especially as over $1.3B has been spent already and they would farm into an highly prospective new basin !!

In my, again, amateur TA analysis, I don't see 34p as significant as resistance. I see low 40's, around 42/43 as stronger resistance. Break through that and the next stronger resistance level is low 60's.

There are other points between where we are, and 60's, but they seem, looking at the charts, relatively weak.

There was, stronger resistance at low 20's which took a couple of weeks to breakout of but with that cleared the SP took us to low/mid 30's in short order.

Today's SP was a good result imo. After the 3.7p rise yesterday the SP just treaded water and we maintain the higher highs and higher lows trend. Looking forward to what next week brings 🤞

Auson, not sure how selling and buying back similar controls the SP but it's an area that is unfamiliar to me. Eitherway it got controlled up 3.5p today, which 2 month ago would have been a 25% rise !

This rise has a solid permanent feel about it and pullback are so far, short lived.

Just an observation, there seems to be a a few more AT trades today than normal.

Also the SP has bounced back strongly as well. Coincidence, or stake building??

I'm expecting a short term dip in the SP after millions of Condor shareholders get their MTL shares.

Some will just want to be out completely, others like myself, have bought more CNR to hopefully get extra cash from the CVR's. I have a few excess MTL because of that, but will probably maintain a 400 to 500,000 shareholding here.

I think the clever people are looking at the slight gain to be had in buying CNR and locking in a possible 5.5 to 11pence CVR, even if you wish to sell out of MTL.

Nothing is without risk, however it seems a reasonable and logical

Decided to take my last 30,000 slice of CNR before becoming Metallic.

Not much to gain between 32p CNR and cash and shares now, I wanted to lock in another 30k of the possible 11p CVR

With 1300,000 now, I'm in with a chance of a Brucie bonus of £7,150 to £14,300 in the next 5 years. Worth the very small risk of MTL tanking in the next 3 weeks.

405403 @29.1pence highly likely a sell imo. No one bought anything over 30,000 at that price.

I hope it was a sell, the more weaker hands that leave the better.

Good to see us pull back from the Bid low of 28.1 and Bid finish over 30p. We can't discount a retest of mid 20's, but hopefully today was part of a zigzag upward trend.

Morning LTT, looking at the charts I think 30's, low 40's is a bit of a sticking area, however there seems to be real momentum in Rock now after over a decade of downdrift. I find it difficult to take it in after such a long time being disappointed !

But I can't deny the fact the SP has put on 20pence in 2 months. Investors have finally started to rightly, believe that Navitas are the real deal, FID will happen, Rock will highly likely be fully funded to first oil and the oil dream is just beginning with even better days ahead. OM, FID, rig, FSPO, infrastructure, appointments news etc dripping into the public domain should help Rock put on at least another 20p in the next 12 month, and I and hopefully others, will be looking seriously at early retirement 😁

If I make it, I'll look forward to sharing a few beers at the AGM.
