The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
But IMVHO is a hint to a need to get people focussed on non 201 stuff. I think the deal is much less likely after this RNS than before.
Why release this if the deal was about to be confirmed. IMVHO looks like bad news re the deal is much more likely.
You said there wouldn’t be a war. Then you said war had nothing to deal with Valirx. Have you ever thought TheoremRx might be struggling to get the money because the market conditions have changed.
My wish. If no deal is nailed on. We don’t wait to the 1st April to announce a delay or change in plan. We should do it early to prevent SP decimation.
She was confident in December that the deal would be done in 2021. Right up to the end including tweeting in late December. But what happened then. If there is no deal this month I will be cross that they didn’t place when the SP was much higher. It’s poor management. If a deal comes all will be forgiven but that’s becoming less and less likely.
IMVHO people saying a no deal scenario is already factored into the SP are deluded. I think no deal means a double whammy with a probable need for a placing. If that happens I expect a single digit share price. Only 2 and 1/2 weeks left is creating nervousness.
IMVHO buying created more buying but then reality kicked in. Deal news is needed to suistain a rise nothing else will do it. I’m fast losing patience.
Long stop is 16 days from becoming a full stop. When do investors panic. SP is going to be decimated with no deal. I’m starting to agree with Porky Valirx should walk away from TheoremRx if the deadline is missed. No third chance.
Smell the coffee the SP is 21. It’s crashing. TheoremRx hold all the cards and are not communicating. If this deal doesn’t happen it will be a total disaster.
I said a while ago they should place to prevent this sort of situation. They haven’t so are either totally confident in the deal or are keeping fingers and toes crossed.
The impression I had from Suzy’s impression interview at the time was that a long stop of end of Q1 was worst case scenario. Well that’s dangerously close. Failure to complete this deal will decimate the share price. Why an earth are TheoremRx taking so long. I have to question to their competence and commitment.
A phrase which now looks misjudged. I dred a deal delayed RNS. Still hoping but more and more unlikely. No more than a toss of a coin chance now. Can’t believe it’s come to this.
Who is Valtree?
2 months down. 1 to go.
No deal.
No confidence soon. Jitters growing.
Enough said.
‘HE1 base projections on the $280 per million cubic feet estimates, all being well they will secure first discovery and have Helium in full production and supply before there is any chance of Helium prices reducing from $600 pcf. More likely that prices will rise further towards $1,000 pcf by the end of 2022 at the current rate.’
Helium has huge potential and this company should reward us all.
As I said a total ramper. This could easily drop below 15 with no deal and then below 10p with finance.
Terrible situation and all PM can do is talk about making money. He/she should show some respect for what has happened and how some people may be suffering. IMVHO PM is an out and out ramper. Be careful as Q1 is running out and what happens if no deal is achieved.
I’ve had some criticism for posting what I considered offering balance. I detailed the bull and bear case. There are 28 days to go. If the deal doesn’t come. Confidence in the company will be shattered and a fundraise will soon follow. If it does happy days. If Valirx are not 100% sure a deal is coming they should take a defensive position now. Not to do so is risky and potentially company damaging. I think people will take a 50/50 position soon further hitting value. TheoremRx get on with it please.
Things are not looking great. The share price is getting hammered because the deadline is fast approaching. Valirx have suggested they will update the market if there is a problem with the deal. I’d rather they take a defensive position now at a good price. Rather than decline and risk a problem which decimates the price. A sound business model would have a contingency and utilise it rather than play Russian roulette reliant on others delivering. Of course if the deal is achieved we will all say they played it brilliantly. But if not sentiment will be damaged for a long time. I’m 50/50 at the moment. TheoremRx get a move on.
The concept of the long stop is long gone. TheoremRx did not meet the end of year date and soon we will be in March. I don’t doubt they want the deal but they really need to get a move on. If we don’t get it done this quarter the SP will nosedive and people are now getting nervous or frustrated, me included.
Come on TheoremRx.
So perhaps there are issues with the TheoremRx fundraise. If that’s the case we should place now. It would be a total disaster to place after a no deal scenario. If Valirx are not sure either way they should take a defensive position. God forbid a no deal RNS as investors would also know a placing will follow in short order. We have just 31 trading dates left this quarter.
The BoD should only stick with a no raise strategy if they know 100% the deal is coming.
People completely missed my point. If there is any chance they won’t complete the deal they should place and raise money now. If they do it beyond a no deal scenario it will be very punishing.
