Mucksy - demand for testing is outstripping supply of tests. This is before we even get to cooler autumn and winter.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a lacklustre RNS to be honest. A token gesture that has backfired. Why would the chairman and FD allow that to be issued. Makes no sense after I rewatched the video again on Friday and saw amazing positives coming from that interview.
I believe the opportunities are still there and will remain invested but the market seems equally disappointed by such a poorly positioned RNS. You can’t sit on your laurels when you’re just starting out.
I’ll say no more on the matter.

Hi sharesport. Totally agree that the tie-up with Allcott could certainly benefit AFC with spin off projects and initiatives that Allcott are involved in already or a direct result of the projects that come out of the Extreme E carbon off-setting projects.

What we seeing here is AFC cleverly positioning itself in different markets that will Not only demonstrate the tech’s capabilities and worth, but provide self generating PR that could lead to untargetted sales. I like it :)

My comment was half tongue in cheek DW. I’ve known you on this board for many years now. I often agree with many of your posts but I do get tired of the repetitive negativity.

Oh and I’m a guy. Apparently guys aren’t too good at multitasking, or so my wife keeps telling me :-D

I think we’re all weary. We’re anxious for positive news after a turbulent period in our lives. This morning I’ve seen police close the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol due to extinction rebellion protestors. The bridge shortens journeys so it’s actually pretty ironic!
We’re going to see a lot of change as the world moves towards a greener and more sustainable future. This change may come sooner than we all anticipated.

It’s a bank holiday weekend in UK. Have a peaceful weekend everyone and let’s hope September brings some news and a positive direction for AFC.

That's more than just a passing mention ! Good synopsis of the company and I guess the statement "it’s a little difficult to get a read on AFC. " suggests that AFC need to get that "media storm" into action and come out of its shell !

This surely is just the start. All roof top space is capable of accepting solar panels if the panels are sufficiently light enough and the structure can support the additional weight. The potential is mind boggling for commercial and domestic structures.
Other retailers will be following Aldi’s lead.

I’ve learned to expect the unexpected with AFC over the years. Who knows what we will receive next, or when. As sure as eggs it’ll be left field :)

Hi Athansius - could be pure coincidence but the last time I messaged AFC politely requesting an update there was an RNS the next day.
Of course I don’t have answers. I’m as frustrated as the next person with lack of updates but I do take solace that a £32 million fundraiser in 3 hours and 2 very good deals, one of which could lead to massive opportunities in the construction world and the publicity gained as a result of Extreme E are not to be underestimated.
EV charging is an inevitability. I think commercial EVs will happen sooner than domestic EVs as fleets of vehicles will be easier to manage from an infrastructure perspective. In addition highly polluting delivery lorries and vans will clean up the environment a lot quicker than cars. But as we know there’s an end date for the sale of combustion engine cars and lorries so EV charging is inevitable.

Holiday season almost over. AFC will know they have not updated the market in a good while. I suggest we give it until mid-September to start receiving updates. I’d like to understand progress on manufacturing capability /robot/Membrane/ progress on build for Acciona and Extreme/recruitment/efficiency vs peer products.

Usual daily bleating on here. I hope all those that are moaning are emailing their complaints and suggestions to AFC directly via their website? It’s easy to do. I’ve done it many times. There’s no point continuously moaning on here as it falls on tired and deafened ears - unless your intentions are to undermine and depress existing and new shareholders
