There’s also the mysterious 1 million “unaccounted for “ shares from the fund raise. Could this chunk of shares be waiting for a partner such as DeNora or indeed the group that’s taken 33% of Blackrock’s stake in DeNora? That news would also send the sp north, as it did with ITM.
These joint partnerships are powerful mechanisms to help influence direction of travel and if the environment is now going to be the post-Covid focus of investments then whichever way things go, AFC seem poised for delivering on all fronts. Interesting few weeks ahead and let’s hope for that long awaited and quite frankly, justified sp re-rate. GLA
