DW - ABB are calling the shots. We’d be supplying units to them if that’s what transpires. If there is anything to announce it’ll be when ABB are ready and any deals with AFC will be signed at that point only, at which time AFC and ABB can announce their price sensitive news. It’s a logical succession of events that will abide by stock exchange rules.

That’s a big IF of course that ABB are to continue their partnership and we have no reason to suspect otherwise as they have invested in AFC.

The usual negative posse are MIA today. Maybe the SP was deliberately taken down to all some of those larger trades earlier and miraculously, there’s no need for the doomsters to be posting their usual tripe. Onwards and hopefully upwards and beyond!

I don’t think Daz realises that the grid will be upgraded where it’s economical to do so. The will be many many areas where grid upgrades are impractical and will therefore require independent means of supplying all types of EV chargers in a multitude of locations. These could include fleet charging, thousands of remote locations or supermarket car parks for instance. Data centre or other backup power installations are a separate but equally comparable proposition for AFC cells.

Eyeofthetiger- what a ridiculous thing to say. Having a leasing arm of the business would be absolutely fantastic! How many leasing companies are out there worldwide…it’s clearly a business model that works very well. Charge premium prices for units that we’ve designed and built. Leasing can very often lead to sales as the tech is seen to be valuable to that company.
AFC should be looking at every opportunity that leads to the proliferation of our tech…worldwide!

Strange that the negative posters on this board are not screaming about the large drop this week. Nothing to do with sector drop. Nothing to do with ITM’s drop. In my opinion this drop is being manufactured for a position. We’ve seen it before here and always preceded by negative sentiment.
Wouldn’t be surprised if ABB were upping their stake in AFC.

I hope AFC/ABB are aware of this and steal the march here. Competition is good but early mover will be a massive advantage to us

I think the off-grid element could be very pertinent as any switch to on-grid for electric mining would be cost prohibitive in remote locations. We have such an off-grid solution that would add to ABB’s portfolio of solutions. AFC have specifically mentioned mining as a potential area for sales. AFC seem to have a strong relationship with ABB so I see this as great potential.

Does that mean their paid deramping is now done?
