If boohoo were to make an offer for revb I would suggest there are far to many conflicts of interest....

Then again the whole market is a bucket full of self enriching slime....

Release full year results without pre warning the market and analysts? Analysts that would be attending the full year presentation.

Definitely some jitters before results tomorrow. My guess, our offer for REVB will also be disclosed tomorrow too.

Minus 15 percent group wide revenue decline.

Flat revenue on debs.

If the rebrand of plt goes really bad then group revenue could be in the 950 million range.

Results will show huge over staffing issues also.

9 months ago this clown show touted the idea of a company break up to release shareholder value, since then the share price has tanked, everything they have done since has caused more shareholder uncertainty - and now there's a possibility of them making another acquisition when we have NO money.

The full year results are going to be a car crash, the current trading is going to be a car crash - how can they change a 3 year pattern in 3 months? They can't.

Boohoo market place was started last July - why have we heard nothing about it? Because it hasn't worked.

How can they make a market place of nastygal? Revenue has fallen from 140 million down to 26 million in 4 years - the brand has no prominence to be a market place, it's a nobody.

The word market place should be replaced with "last throw of the dice before we sharft shareholders".... Because thats what it is.

Also why are we still operating out of London? It hasn't worked, they need to bring everything back to Manchester where costs are far less... There are many options here including a placing or a rughts issue before shareholders accept a takeunder.

The past history would dictate this to be an absolute disastrous move for boohoo shareholders.

What started out as trying to bolster mahmuds personal position in revb has turned into a disastrous strategic "investment" losing us nearly 30 million quid, to now acquiring a company we don't need the extra burden of.

And to top it off we are taking an another 50 million of debt!

This clown show needs to focus on what we already have.

It also doesn't have another segment shouldering its debt....

Surely revb is worth around 120 million with revenue of 140 million??
