But the family only disclosed their full holding last year - that's a fact.

Owning 500k shares from 400p down to 20p has turned you into a complete loon.

Kamanis are up to their neck in rev b via their boohoo holdings.

Also kamanis are not exactly known for being open and honest with their holdings are they - we only found out their real holding amount in boohoo late last year whilst they had their begging bowl out....

Quite ridiculous that the family wealth fund held boohoo shares without the market knowing.

No debt

Gross margin was improving

Growing customer base

Forecast growth of 25 percent

Compare that to now................

Tanking revenue

Growing losses

Massive debt

Losses on property

40 million stock write down

100 million waasted on usdc

Bonuses for failure

Wasting time interfering and revb and destroying it

Tanking customer base

The interesting thing with river island is they have called in advisors to help structure the business, as a business they have not lost anywhere as much revenue as we have.

Us on the other hand, we are relying on the same bunch of clowns that destroyed the business, to do a strategic review amd structure for the future... Absolute lunacy!

What is Dans history of being a ceo? or building a complete business for that matter?

I don't believe an offer from frasers would be accepted by a majority, but it will certainly result in Boohoo needing to offer a premium to frasers offer should they make one.

Boohoo somehow need to make this revb investment look good....

I cant believe any sane person thinks boohoo buying revb is a good idea - it's like someone sinking in quick sand asking some to throw more sand over them.

Management here have a proven track record of knackering any acquisition or any investment, including property that is bought or leased.

Mike is putting the squeeze on from all angles and it's great to see!

Had mike not been around the Kamanis would have nicked this company off the market long ago.... That was Kamanis plan and Mike put a stop to it...

The Klan may be forced to put more money in here via a placing to try help the balance sheet...
