They have the same 6 months time line to hold their agm also - 21 days notice should also be given for the agm via rns.

It's all becoming bit of pickle and completely the opposite of what loyal shareholders voted for when they voted to keep the same clowns at the top in their jobs.

These clowns wanted shareholders money while also still behaving like they own the company....

I remember a conversation one evening where I was told... A vote for me might cost you another 10 percent... But voting for mike will cost you everything....

I'm no expert on maths but I believe the 39 million Fraser purchased is more than the 16 million Kamani purchased.... probably not quite so amusing now eh.

Im assuming you went and checked the rns and realised you were wrong and then changed it to "the kamani family" rather than just "kamani".

Frasers offered 111 million for mulberry late last year...(today's mcap 73 million and funding required)

It seems a regular occurrence that directors of companies persuade shareholders to turn down offers only for the companies to go bang or hit major problems soon after.... Look at studio retail for one.

There is just no accountability for any directors ever.

I think our results over at boohoo are delayed due to funding issues.... Our founding clown show are tapping the high interest market rather than put their hand in their own pocket.... They've had 600 million out and they won't risk putting it back in!

They're focusing on debenhams which adds 200 odd million in revenue... While ignoring the billion pound part of the business....

Reardon - how much of this hot air have we seen before? The results always tell a different story.

Any clip of Dan has comments by people out of touch with reality - the general theme is that any staff member or sub contractors that have worked with the company are loving life and pro debenhams - absolutely nobody wants to mention the YOUTH BRANDS.

I encountered similar at the agm last year - a load of deluded staff members who allegedly owned shares themselves - look where those delusions have got them....

Dan is now lying about how long he has been in the role ffs!! Trying to make his time in the role seem shorter.... Unless that interview is from 7 weeks ago.

Rev b have in fact stated in a very recent rns that they have seen encouraging improvements

On the flip side to that we have stories of boohoo tapping the high interest rate high risk market for a loan....

You seem to giving for more credit than this clown show deserve....

You also seem to forget that shareholders will need to vote on any offer put forward and any placing.
