So are you saying that whil John Lyttle was ceo (and both Mahmud and Carol were still listed as directors on companies house) he wasn't calling all the shots?
Based on your theory if John was calling all the shot then Mahmud would have stood down when John took on the roll?
Or we could just look at the reality which is Mahmud was ans still us calling all the shots that have destroyed this company. Add to that Mahmud and Carol stood down 6 months after Dan was appointed...
