A listed company should release results ahead of its agm - the purpose of the agm is to discuss previous results and the future...

Although they can be summed up very quickly here....

Past results - shocking and shameful.

Future - none for current shareholders.

I think people have been so focused on results deadline that they have missed this little bit of information above...

The meeting must take place within 6 months of year end and they must also give 21 days clear notice of this.... Also the results must be released ahead of the agm....

They probably have a little over 3 weeks to release results and notify of the agm... Although their behaviour and lack of care for shareholders suggests to me they know there won't be an agm...

The company have an obligation to creditors as soon as insolvency looks likely and for all we know it is insolvent right now.

They over spent on the plt relaunch and restock, revenue across the board is still falling crippling the margin further, they are unable to get financing and there is not time to sell any brands, not that any of them would be worth much regardless of what you think.

Boom the administrator is called - its that simple and it happens daily.
