And as a knock on from that, how do we know that the consultancy advice given will be in the best interest of NFX when it is controlled by Oxilio?
Previously Dan (LSHS) was independent, now he is owned by Oxilio, so does he have final control of the consultancy advice he gives?

Older, the issue is more that now Oxilio have bought up Dans consultancy business, they are the ones providing advice on NXP002.

As I said last night, I’m trying to find out whether now instead of Dan advising on NXP002, it is Oxilio who will be advising.
I’m hoping NFX are employing Dan not through LSHS.

Interesting that Oxilio are twisting the truth somewhat in their announcement. They say that Gooding introduced them to TRx.
Yet 9 months prior to their involvement with NFX, Oxilio signed a MoU with Biocopea, who own TRx.

Not so sure about Oxilio being able to tap into funds. Their shareholder base are almost all local people to Kidlington investing as individuals. Nobody of any great background nor any companies have invested in them.

Yep, but now we are in the position that NFX are employing Oxilio as a consultant on NXP002.

Not that bothered by TRx as they don't deal with inhaled stuff such as NXP002. My concern is now Oxilio and their secretive OXL002 stream.

I guess the question is... if NFX employed DG as a consultant (likely through LSHS) and he has essentially been bought out by Oxilio. Who makes the decisions / recommendations to NFX as the employer? DG or Oxilio?

DG was previously 'independent' now is part of Oxilio, so does he have to have his work vetted before he undertakes it?

e.g. DG as a consultant could in theory have said to NFX... "I can get you back in touch with company X, who were previously in discussions over NXP002"
But now does Oxilio have final say and can tell him not to offer that option to NFX?

Remember Mulder is never wrong, after all he told us NXP004 couldn't possibly be based on Lynparza (firstly he didn't even know its drug name was actually Olaparib).

The initial research concluded last November with the submission of the second patent application. They are following this up with further research to supplement the patent application, its a case that you can add to it after submission whilst its being verified.

Don't know why they don't just come out and say it FX. Its the kind of thing my 5 year old daughter does, tries to pretend she isn't doing something when she so obviously is.

It must be quite depressing for them to have spent so much effort and have no effect at all.

Firstly, just because somebody used to work at a company doesn't mean they just give you an outlicensing deal.

Secondly, NFX were carrying out research into NXP004 for oncology indications which concluded last November, one month before she finished.

You really need to try harder than this if you are trying to scare people off.
