Sam, I see you've asked on the other forum about VS shareprice. The best way of calculating this is as below.
We know that when Nick Jenkins bought the company had to be valued, it was given £58m as its valuation.
They have 6,388,000 shares in issue held by various folk.
So £58m divided by 6.388m gives a shareprice of £9.07
LEG has 475,000 shares in VS so at £9.07 per share the value to LEG is £4.3m
So, if VS shareprice was £9 when valued at £58m, the SP valuation at £100m is £15.65 (£7.43m to LEG) at £150m its £23.48 per share (£11.15m to LEG)
