I'm currently trying to find when Alcazar obtained their 10% holding in LEG. My gut feeling is that Alcazar is Shami Ahmed's offshore method of keeping an interest and making sure the receivers don't get it.

Doing some research for you as I had a spare 20 mins. It may not be the warrant holders, but Alcazar who loaned LEG £250k have the same address as YZJ Offshore Engineering who formed a joint venture with Amedeo Resources. The address is the registered address for loads of companies. So there is a Singapore / Amedeo connection to one of the loans, but seems separate to the warrants.

Somewhat misleading there SL79, comparing one companies revenue with anothers profit/loss. I'm sure you know the difference between revenue and profit? As your research will show, for all the revenue Slack still run at a loss, and a big one at that. The point is, that if VS can secure a foothold in their chosen market and drive revenues, then the valuation can be bountiful.

Slack is raising funding valuing it at $5bn. Not bad for a tech company that many have never heard of and has a primary focus on internal comms.

Interestingly was Head of Dropship Operations at Tesco when they drafted VS on board. Then moved to John Lewis in 2015 and lo-and-behold they signed up VS last year. He is also Head of Waitrose Supply Chain Strategy from June 2017.

At the end of the day they could surprise and issue news. The fact is nobody here will be able to predict it.

Re. leg news. VS is a private entity so it's up to them when news is released, if at all. They've signed plenty of contracts, so now they are in 'show me' stage. I'm not interested in them signing loads of new contracts if they cannot monetise the ones they already have. Notion talk about them being bootstrapped, so now the straps are off they need to prove its profitable. Manas Resources - the last news said they might test drill in 2017, so we may or may not get news on this during this year. More than likely not. Bosques - it takes years to grow the plants and biofuels are out of favour now oil is cheaper. It's only a 100k investment so little or no effect to be had on the shareprice. Amedeo can't find a buyer for their rig so nothing doing there. Medgold - who knows. I've always said LEG is a pure one trick pony, it's all in on VS. The rest are nothing, all part of Zaf's terrible choices. And personally I don't care about the others. LEG are solely counting on VS coming up trumps. There is nothing else to fall back on and those of us who put money on LEG have to be aware of that fact.

Nothing much to say till more up to date figures are released by VS.

Sam, the fact that LEGs holding dipped with the Notion news indicates that VS have issued more shares. What we won't know yet is whether they issued more for LEG to buy today or whether someone sold them to LEG. Will have to wait for the confirmation of holdings at companies house to update us on that.

"LEG now has no money" Erm...Nope, they would have about £400k left after today before any overheads. £516k cash in bank + £158k warrants money then deduct £260k. Why do people who make these claims never post any figures to back themselves up?

Hi superlucky, speaking of rational analysis, how are you doing with that evidence that the warrant holders are directors at Amedeo? Anything to report back on yet?

"Would you explain your guesses?" Durv, I'm just curious. Mills gave a statement to the Telegraph on Monday in which there was no mention of any intention to list anywhere, let alone the US. Then all of a sudden yesterday the LEG twitter feed posts that VS plan is to list in the US. Why did Mills not mention it to the Telegraph? Why did it take a shareholder of VS to break the news? Whose shareprice would benefit from such a rumour?

Didn't Andrew Mills of VS mention a possible US listing in his Telegraph interview? Especially as he says "double in size over the next 12 months and our focus is to grow the company using UK resources."

How's that evidence coming? It's been a while since you promised it.

I'll even give you a way out of this, just admit that it is your personal opinion and is not backed up by fact. I'm only pressing the issue as you stated it was a fact. Once someone says that then I want to see the evidence of the fact.
