Or looking at it another way. The 4 investors exercise all 250m warrants. This costs them £250k. They sell all of the resulting 250m shares for an average price of 0.15p This bags them £375k. Deduct the £250k it cost to exercise the warrants, then deduct the £30k loan expense. This gives a profit of £95k. Split 4 ways is £23,750 each. Since this loan was 7 years old that equates to £3392 per year profit per investor. Hardly the biggest money spinner.

Superlucky, can you tell me what you think the 'deception' is? Look at it this way. I loan a company £30k. They grant me 250m warrants and cancel the £30k loan repayment. So, what if I want my £30k back. Say the shareprice is around 0.15p, I would need to exercise 60m warrants at 0.1p. This would cost me £60k, so now I am down £90k. Hopefully I could sell all 90m shares I now have at 0.15p, earning me £90k. So I've got my £30k back plus the £60k back it cost to exercise the warrants. So out of 250m warrants, I've had to use 90m of them to be at break even. Not a great deal in reality is it?

Durv, it's just a framework award, the total value of all of the work is £52m which will be parcelled up into individual projects. The companies named are those who will now compete to do each parcel. It could turn out that VS don't do any of the projects, they could do the majority, we don't know. Each will be a competitive bid by those on the framework list. On the positive side VS last reported revenues (debtors) was £1.35m (results to March 2016), so even if the only gain 5% of the framework value it will double their reported revenues.

Whilst its a framework and VS wouldn't work on every project (unless they are lucky) even working on 10% of the value would nearly quadruple their revenues.

Crown Commercial Service as the Authority has put in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and any future successors to these organisations), which includes Central Government Departments and their Arm's Length Bodies and Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies, NHS bodies and Local Authorities.

Looks like they enjoy selling the exercised warrants at 0.15p, gives them a 50% profit so why not. They might try and balance the sp at this point to allow the seller to work their way through however many million are left.

8th June at 9.39am I do believe. Speak to people who actually work as MM's they'll laugh at the code suggestions. It used to be Messenger, then pay as you go phone cards to message and chuck the sim card away, now its encrypted platforms like Whatsapp. More often its chat down the pub where they give each other codes.

By the way Superlucky, the warrants were issued before you bought into LEG 4 years ago, so they were always there to be exercised. You should have known this when you bought in.
