Whilst I'm waiting for SL79 to try and use his ductulator to figure out how to back up his claim that LEG was fair value close to 0.3p, I thought I'd close out my two previous posts with an equivalent look at the valuation now.
So, since the placing last year and subsequent warrant exercises LEG now has 3,044,636,893 shares in issue.
VS recently was valued at £66m (Notion paid £10 per VS share)
As LEG increased their holding to 7.2% this means they must have about 473,684 shares in VS, so at £10 each that gives a value of £4,736,840.
So (again I give zero valued to all other LEG holdings) divide the £4.74m by the shares in issue and we get an LEG fair value figure of 0.155p
The dilution of the past year has only shaved 0.01p off the fair value assessment.
