whimax, I'm being realistic. The RNS did not say news on NXP004 in the coming weeks.

It said "... the pilot study is expected to complete in the coming weeks and the company will update shareholders once the resulting data has been considered."

So, we know that the study was halted because NFRG had their staff and kit seconded to Milton Keynes lab, since then the testing has increased with more being funnelled through the facility at MK.

NFX do not control when the kit will be returned, hence they could only make the statement that they 'expect' completion, but they cannot guarantee it. Furthermore, they said they would announce when they had considered the results, how long will that take?

Too many people need to read the RNS' and not read what they want to hear.

NXP004 is all dependent on NFRG getting their kit and staff back. As the UK is increasing testing, that isn't looking likely any time soon.

I’m hoping the finals give insight into the Ebers payments, as notperfect notes the Vistagen deal was post year end so doubt any figures will be given.

We know that they were expecting £1m in Ebers payments through 2019 and have had £535,000 confirmed in the interims up to end of last September. The interims also highlighted they expected a number of milestone payments before the end of the financial year (end of March 2020).
As these were not rns’d it is our chance to see if they were achieved.

Hardly smoke and mirrors Hale, the company were quite clear the placing was to progress NXP002 & 004 due to not receiving revenues. In the podcasts all Dan was saying was exactly what the company believed at the time. They couldn't have know what was going to happen with NSB as even Yatai didn't know!

Think NXP004 will be delayed further.

As the uk is doubling the amount of mobile testing labs, the output is then processed through the three ‘mega-labs’ including the main facility at Milton Keynes.
Therefore, NFRG in Newcastle might have to wait a while longer to start up again.
