Happy with the sp response so far.

Goup, all the signs are a cheap takeover by Vectura. All involved now are ex-Vectura including Jo Holland.

Vagabondo, no successor in place, they are actively searching for one. Dan staying till the end of the month is to handover to Blackwell, nothing more.

Disappointing and there’s no real positive spin to put on this.

Board Change

Nuformix announces the resignation of Dr. Dan Gooding, Chief Executive Officer. Whilst he will step down from the Company's board of directors with immediate effect, he has agreed to stay until the end of June 2020 to conduct an orderly handover.

Dr. Christopher Blackwell, Chairman, will lead the Company as Executive Chairman until a successor is found.

Dr. Blackwell, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Dan for his contribution to Nuformix. We wish Dan all the best in the future."

Dr. Dan Gooding said "We set up what is now Nuformix plc twelve years ago. To have been involved at its heart as a co-founder from the first day through to listing on the main market and beyond has been an enormous privilege and I am immensely proud of all that we have achieved. Now is the right time for me to step aside and move on to other projects. The Company has multiple exciting opportunities ahead and I wish the team and the business every success."

What value do you ascribe to NXP002 and what terms would you like to see in any resulting 'sale' of the assett?

Only whats in the RNS Chablard, I posted at the time that my guesstimate would be that its similar to the payments from NSB and Ebers, circa £400-500k for achieving a patent filing milestone. Probably had one up front payment of around that quantity.

Will have to wait for the half year report later in the year like with the Ebers payment as the Vistagen deal sits after the full year so probably won't be indicated in the finals next month.

Hale, in her previous role at Vectura she was involved in two substantial deals alongside Chris Blackwell and Karl Keegan.
Whilst she may be a consultant on IR, it does no harm having someone as experienced as she is on board with other matters in mind.

Whilst the China payment has effectively been written off, I've still kept an eye on whats happening over there. Unfortunately both Newsummit and Yatai have now had their bank accounts frozen, although Yatai are saying it is not their main bank account.
It appears that this action was undertaken as a result of non payment of loans from Wuhan Rural Commercial Bank.
