Well, it seems not much happening today other than boredom.

I still don't get why some people can't understand the fact the Chorlton is an ex-director of a subsidiary and has never even sat on the NFX board. Therefore he is not party to what is happening and his sells are of his own volition.

His shares were in reward for his work on earlier patents in Metaxalone and Cilostazol which he signed across to the company before they were then outlicensed for £400k to NSB.

As I said before, if anyone wants to clarify this, just ask the company.

FX, I understand the disappointment, but at the end of the day it’s a bet, not a shareholding, just like with margin calls, the betting company holds all the cards.

Such is the gamble of spreadbetters with margins. Thats life.

Moshin, the difference between SNG and NFX is that NFX chose not to develop the tech further before closing a deal.

They could have moved forward, but would have had to fund the work themselves and dilute everyone massively, so you never would see the £2 level (which even without dilution would give a £1bn valuation to the company.)

NFX took the decision to outlicense, hence the slowness as its not entirely within their hands.

Was just reading with interest, as its sort of NFX related in that its IPF treatment, that Galapagos and Gilead have discontinued their phase 3 trial of GLPG1690.

The fact that Gilead made an upfront payment of..... $3.95bn!!!! plus a $1bn equity stake in Galapagos and its now discontinued shows the opportunity for NXP002.
