FX, for me the plan was set out last year, any new plan will be pretty much identical to that, so I don't see the sp benefiting much from any announcement of such.

Anne should be there to execute the plan. The company cannot afford to start afresh.

Volume since AC last announce on Monday the other week was quite low, about 18m traded since then including buys. So around 9m sold (as we are told every sell is a buy). Given these won't all be AC/DT probably still over 40m left combined.

Hence Anne can't really affect the sp at the moment. Certainly not without material news. A plan won't be sufficient.

DT and AC will have told their brokers to sell 'x' amount and left it to them to manage, they don't sit looking at the sp and pressing the sell button themselves. Their brokers will manage the sells which is difficult in NFX as there aren't enough buyers on an average day, hence it takes a long time for them to cross thresholds and release TR1's.

Its a seller, easy to see as the bid and ask have been walked down with every trade. Plus its impossible to sell any in the open market. They don't want to hold stock as there aren't enough people buying.

Just needs people to stop selling, its as simple as that. Doesn't matter what the plan is.

mm's aren't there to understand what a company does or its news, they are there purely to make a market. They have a big seller at the moment, hence the muted reaction.

It shows that the drug can reduce the amount of on the market drug dosage required, alleviating side effects. This was unknown before now.

Was just curious to see how it played out and try and figure out what happened. It certainly looks like NFX couldn't have known or suspected that NSB had been inflating their own accounts to report bigger than they were.

Interesting to see the advance results of the investigation into Newsummit BioPharma and Yatai are in. Basically it NSB chief Jun Ren has been done for cooking the books and the board of Yatai fined for not picking up on it.

Interesting that Oxilio also have an MoU with Biocopea.

Biocopea was founded by a Dr Roger Bannister (not the runner) who previously co-founded Arakis with NFX director Julian Gilbert.

Option expires end of March, hence fund raising during / closing in March prior to outlicensing within the timeframe.

All the signs add up for Oxilio gearing up through a funding to pay for taking NXP001 into clinical trials this year for oncology.

Oxilio will be undertaking an open funding in the next month, value of them at £20m

Our OXL001 clinical trial programme is being designed to satisfy all aspects of drug safety and efficacy associated with optimal formulation, dose and dosing regimen of OXL001 in the treatment of cancer. The programme is informed by our advanced formulation and modelling/simulation work.

We aim to take our first formulation of OXL001 into the clinic later in 2021.
