True, the likes of Offshore tried to trash the share by saying Oxilio wouldn’t take up their option as they were working on something else.

Good point, I don't know what the rule is, just trying to figure out. Maybe they do have to declare separately. Dunno.

Just seen in the Placing RNS it actually lists out the holdings post placing for all of those in the 'concert party' (includes DT / AC / DG /JH etc) so they probably don't have to TR1 now as that would be the declaration. (imho)

I'm surprised Jo Holland didn't issue her TR1 straight away, the placing pushes her across the the threshold down from 7.3% to 6.3%

You would have thought the company sec would have sorted this automatically.

FX, any current directors have to notify regardless of quantity.

Having a bit more of a think on the Oxilio front, we know that Ox have about 307,000 shares as their last fund raise was done at a shareprice of £14 and overall value of £4.3m.

With this in mind, it is likely they are raising around the £15m quid area. (an share price of £16 would mean issuing 960k shares raising just under £16m).

So knock off a lump for their testing and clinical costs, and you'll probably get to a figure reflecting where the first payments to NFX are going to be.

True, its just so boring at the moment as the MM's are just doing the simple job of pairing buys and sells, no games or anything in the background.

It also looks like nobody in the placing bought enough to declare a holding, which is unsurprising and predicted.

Looking likely that some of the placing shares are being flogged.

I think the discussions and agreement between the two parties will be straightforward, it’s probably just the legals and paperwork that takes a little time pulling together.

In correction to my earlier post, I've just checked the figures and I was wrong on DT's percentage. Assuming he hasn't sold any since his last holdings RNS, then with the new placing shares in issue he will hold 3.008% so won't have to declare a threshold.

He's such a jammy dodger.

DT can’t be above 3% unless he’s bought some more. But it’s up to him to declare within two days, so it’ll be later in the week we hear.
AC, I don’t think would be pushed across a threshold by the placing, so might not have to declare.
