It certainly shows the possibility, I can't quite figure how far along the process C4X are compared to NFX, and whilst they have other products in the mixer the fact that they are valued at £100m vs. NFX £13m shows a level of undervalue here.

I see C4X signed a 400m euro deal with Sanofi for their oral IL-17A inhibitor programme today.

Whilst they are looking at skin treatment, it is worth noting that Tranilast is also proven to inhibit IL-17A and its role in fibrosis.

AC and DT have about 40m shares left between them, so most definitely not out.

The selling at the moment is those who bought in on the excitement last week bailing. Problem for them is NFX is quite illiquid so they are stuck until there's buying.

Interesting jump in volume given that the TR1 was just below 3%, its almost as if some had been waiting for that to buy in, especially given the size of buys.

When I looked at that line 46 this morning it was showing the page had been updated today at 6.56am, so was trying to spot the change.

Filter, I knew there was a change, but as you say they didn't update DT holding till just now, so I know it wasn't that. I was trying to figure out what the change was.

With the NFX website its quite easy at its based on wordpress. So it tells you when a page was modified.

For example, go to the 'Investors Information' page as you have done.
Scroll down to the text and right click.
Select 'View Page Source'

Now look at line 46

meta property="article:modified_time" content="2021-04-08T11:05:37+00:00" /

This tells you when that page was last modified. It won't tell you what was updated, but you know something has.

I know they changed that page of the website this morning just before 7am, but was trying to find what the change was, as it wasn't to the holdings section which they have now updated to omit DT.

Yep, licensing deal for NXP001 that's currently being negotiated with Oxilio.

Mafuta, I don't know the mechanics of how they will be raising funds. My guess would be through their contacts as a first principle. Both of the directors have extensive contacts given their background, including strong links to Saudi investment money.

We know from the Allenby research that NXP002 will cost approx £2m to develop the data packages, so the payments from Oxilio would go a long way to covering this, reducing the need for further cash.

Difficult to tell in terms of timelines, as the license for NXP001 depends on Oxilio's fundraise, although they must be fairly certain of completing to have taken up the grant option. I would like to think the license will be sorted, at least the Heads of Terms, by end of this month, early next month.

TR1's to the side, whilst they are important they aren't about revenue generation for the company.

The key things I am looking for near term are for the Oxilio licensing deal to be sorted and hopefully news on the Innovate grant.

With Oxilio, refining my calcs, I think (guesstimate) that they are raising around £13.5m at the moment. (Assuming the existing shareholders keep a 30% stake). How much of that will go to as upfront and milestones is anyones guess.

So as predicted, no new TR1 holders following the placing. Interesting that it appears the current large holders haven’t been selling in the meantime.
