Wacca, nobody was calling anyone out. I was picking up on the point that you said that there was nothing you liked about the company, or the management, or the share performance, nor did you believe the brokers note. Yet you still decided to remain invested.

I simply asked what it was that you thought would lead to a return of your investment, yet you failed to answer.

agree Filter, we are all stuck between frustration and boredom. I've exhausted all avenues I can find, so just have to sit and wait for any of the involved parties to tell us something.
I'm slightly hopeful that now Oxilio have alloted shares then we might see some wheels creak into action.

We know that Ox are valued at £20.3m as they now have 308k shares at £66 each and this was done a month ago.

So if they’ve only £650k in the bank, whats backing up that valuation? If they are not issuing more shares as part of the fund raising are they flogging owners shares to raise capital? (e.g. they could sell 50% stake for £10m at that shareprice)

It backs up the low ball up front payment as they could pay NFX less than 500k easily now and make the milestones later, or maybe Anne is holding out for more?

The question now is, did they raise more than the £110k it shows in the filing and have yet to submit?

Understandable Filter, i agree its frustrating, but as I mentioned before its likely all linked to Oxilio's fundraising. They can't sign up to something till they've figured out how much they have got to be able to spend.

It'll show up in the half year results in December, but will be just in the revenue column.

If they don't have any other income then it will be easy to see how much it is. If they have other income, then we it'll be a guess.

Once this has been agreed, this will trigger a second undisclosed upfront payment, payable to Nuformix. Under this agreement, Nuformix will license its patent estate and know-how on NXP001 in return for development milestone payments and a royalty on any future net sales, capped at £2m per annum"

Approx 37% of the shares in issue been churned in the past 3 weeks now.

Typically people selling today who only bought yesterday. The last two 138k and 139k trades for example.

Wacca, as I’ve posted before I’ve taken money out when I’m not happy with how things are going. I adjusted my exposure based on risk.
It’s simple money management.

I just don’t understand why you want to lose your money. Surely the aim of all of us here is to make money.

Wacca the point is that you must believe there is some sort of value in the company otherwise you wouldn’t believe you’ll get your money back out.

So what do you believe will give you that level of value?
