Partly agree with your point Filter, but the key thing is that Anne has a very strong background of delivering inhaled drugs. Since she's come in she has organised a clear route through to commerciality for NXP002 that was entirely missing under DG and CB, both of whom were keen just to flog it off at any cost. The problem with that approach was that you end up in standstill whilst you try to do so.
Furthermore, Anne set up the broker research note, the information contained within it is far more detailed than anything ever released by her predecessors. Remember DG didn't even appoint a broker for over a year after Beaufort went under.

Wilfred, that's because lots who bought earlier today have got their sell orders in and they've stopped trying to convince others to buy.

All gone quiet now, most of the traders are now stuck as they can't sell in any quantity without a buyer in the market. Anyone who bought after midday is now selling at a loss as those who bought initially have already exited.

Ineed FX, interesting coincidence that Afzal happened to spot that trade and make the connection, then screengrab both the trades list and the holding RNS, then type out a tweet and post, all within the space of 5mins of the trade going through.

Certainly hope so, it feels like its about time. Maybe NXP004 will surprise us with an early agreement?

Interesting.... still sceptical he'll be fully out as there haven't been that moany big trades go through since his 7th May declaration, nothing over 1m has been sold (or bought) since then and the 500k trades only amount to 4m shares.

Although given AC's tardiness on notifying his dates could be meaningless.

FX, they can't not notify if the Oxilio deal fell through as it is a material change. Ox signed up to take up their grant so it is a contractual change for it not to be agreed. It is not being 'renegotiated' as this phase was always going to be a negotiation anyway.

The innovate grant not being awarded isn't material so not notifiable, nor would I expect the company to do so. Its not acting in the shareholders interest to announce that they were not awarded a grant that they were not guaranteed to get in the first place.

Mars, it was the Canadian patent only, it was already granted elsewhere in 2018. The second patent they refer to on the website/research note is still pending.
