Volume seems to have quietened down over the past day or two, so now its a question of where they buyers will come from.

Slightly odd that the company hasn't updated the shareholder numbers yet, they previously did it within minutes of the RNS coming out. Maybe Karl has run off with the Wordpress password.

I'm optimistic on the Oxilio deal side of things, whilst its taking longer than I expected. Plus I think it is much needed to gain some confidence back in the company and create a feeling that things are at least turning a corner. Julian Gilbert I believe is key to the Oxilio deal as he has connections there.

The NXP002 work will come to fruition in Q3 so not really that far away, even for those on other forums campaigning for Anne to go back to the 'asian deal' with a begging bowl.

Bit of a how longs a piece of string type of situation, not sure myself.

I had hoped the end of April would see something, even if its just heads of terms rather than a fully resolved agreement.

1) The TR1's are typically covering sells by ex-directors, Dave Tapolczay and Alan Chorlton. Dave T left acrimoniously after a deal he championed turned sour. Chorlton was a long time allie of his.
As to why they are selling out you'll have to ask them.
The TR1 for Joanne Holland (current CSO) is just a change due to placing and not a buy or sell.
CPI have reduced in accordance with their own guidelines as a government vehicle for investment in early start ups.

2) Allenby Research note has its 9p target, I view the note as very good, other have their own opinion.

3) The $360-$450m is for NXP002 and not NXP001 as you suggest.

4) Oxilio, small new company but with strong management pedigree given their founders previous success after starting up Premier Research Plc and growing it to over 1400 staff.

Bridgedogg, Oxilio have about £500-600k cash in the bank at present after their recent fund raising, so doubt up front will be significant.

Meanwhile Offshore is pretending he didn’t spend months talking about how the company needed data, whilst bemoaning Anne’s sensible approach to actually further the tech to get a deal. For some reason he’s still crying about the Japan deal. I guess it must be quiet on the Newlyn boats these days.

Maybe look at it this way.

There are 591,609,368 share in issue after the end of March placing.
On 8 April Alan Chorlton crossed the 4% threshold, so we know he had 23,664,374 at that threshold still to offload.

Since the beginning of 7 April there have been 278,193,212 shares traded. So AC’s entire holding only amounts for 8.5% of those bought/sold since he crossed the threshold.

Look at the trades Time2buy, for example the 554,842 sell this morning was only bought yesterday morning.
Lots of them can easily be matched and tracked.

In the past month 47% of shares have been churned, that’s some 278m volume, of which today’s TR1 shows AC had 19m left at the start of that timeframe and you think he’s singularly holding this down?!

Mostly traders holding this back. There are plenty who get caught up in the social media hype and then sell the next day for a loss due to the spread.
