That's spot on and perfectly summarised about this business!

I know you said FID minimum 6 months after after Managem deal completes, but it wouldn't surprise me if we were waiting for this news to land next Nov/Dec 2025 time.

Just hoping we get some very clear and defined timelines with the M5 (and other drill) when the next RNS is released.

Remember 12% of very little (based on current SP), is still very little.

Try not to worry, some good news may arrive here in the next year or so.

At this pace, I will probably be in a box before this share develops any real value.

Ridiculous, why no news update yet, its November and another year almost passes us by.

Investors have been promised so much here and it goes as far back as that cringy interview with JJ Traynor (before GL arrived) about the promise of a farm out or partial sale. I mean, how many years ago was that....6+ years maybe?

FFS - confirmation of this Managem deal and a well mapped out drilling program is required asap please.

Lets just complete these elements before we move on to new ventures.

Personally, I am still hoping/optimistic for a bigger spike than 1.2p when the Managem deal completes and a drilling campaign is announced.

Hopefully not too long now until we know???!!

I also reckon you will still be here for the drilling of M5, but fair play if you exit sooner!! :)

Agreed we will believe it when we see it with the forthcoming key milestones/news updates.

That said,

I did re-watch the presentation again this morning and to me it seemed that Graham and Garry were in a far more confident place about the business as a whole, the future, and these key near term milestones being achieved for;

* Drilling - now as a potential 4 drill programme being hatched with Managem, starting

in 2025.

* Completion of the CP's for the binding Managem deal (within the next 8-10 weeks)

* FID being taken for Phase 2 - summer 2025

IF!! these are achieved this will surely underpin the business at 2-2.5p

Whether the SP will align remains to be seen, but I think with the potential upside on M5 and a drilling programme formally announced then we could see far more investor interest in this share.

We'll see, but personally I am feeling the most upbeat I have in years now with Sound Energy.

Who knows, but being a long term investor I am obviously hindered with a higher average, but it now feels possible that I may break even, or potentially even make a small profit long term!! :) Who's of thought that a while back??

Yes, I think that's about the right timeline regarding any profit from Phase 2.

Lets hope and pray the drill bit finds some more of the 28-31tcf of gas in 2025.

M5 would be a game changer if that came in (1 in 5 chance maybe)

As cynical as it sounds, If I google the definition of this timeline it reads:

What time period is the near future?

Near future is usually up to a decade away. Then it is just “The Future”. If it is centuries away, then it is the “Far Future”. If it is millennia away, “the Very Far Future”.

Hoping its nearer to start of this period personally.
