Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Agreed! - a cheeky little top up for me at 10.16

Yep, another balanced summary KTF .
(It's so evident to me that Graham is very frustrated with the delays)
As you state, and no doubt will have to state again to a few of the serial posters here, and as quoted from Graham.
"We will DELIVER on phase 2 before any need to go to shareholders for funding!"
"CLOSING a large transaction to FULLY fund us"
"This company is completely undervalued"
GLA - but more patience still required here before the party gets started :(
We will DELIVER on phase 2 before any need to gp to shareholders for funding!
Well here we are in April and still no news or update from Graham??!!
Its hardly surprising shareholders are getting a bit fed up and impatient with everything.
I keep trying to reassure myself by remembering the confidently communicated lines that GL stated in the latest presentation.
"this is really happening"
"its taking longer than expected yes, but these are 10 year contracts or sometimes longer contracts that take time to finalise, but its a case of no news is good news"
Maybe this long awaited RNS (packed with great news) will finally arrive this month then?
I do really hope this for all shareholders, especially the long suffering and long term ones here.
I'm feeling your pain right now.
GLA
KTF,
For what its worth, personally I have always been a fan of your glass half full posts.
I am now hoping more than ever that you are right about this.
(I know that tying in all the contracts is complicated, and I have no doubt also simplified in my mind but this does seem a seriously long time to wait doesn't it?)
If you are right, then there could be very exciting times ahead with future drilling (just how far ahead will that be....no-one really know until they announce it?
GLA shareholders
Still no update.
This delay is beyond painful (and far longer than suggested)
For 24/25 I am seriously hoping Graham can start setting more accurate timelines for when key milestones and news updates are likely to arrive.
More like, very very long overdue RNS!!!
FFS - how much longer will this take to receive an update?
Some shareholders will probably be in a box before this RNS actually arrives...
A flood of positive RNS's throughout the remainder of the year from now on please Graham.
Come on!!!!!! :((
Rant over
GLA :)
Still no news here, that's another spectacular slip in timescales.
Surely the long awaited RNS will happen in arrived in March wont it?
GLA
SP prediction on completion of Calvalley deal for me would be:
2.3p (within a week of news landing)
GLA :)
I felt it was an honest and open presentation by Graham and have far more confidence that this is still going to happen.
Once the deal is done there will be a very positive upturn in SP here.
GLA - well I mean for those that have shares ;)
I agree with with you Rubber Soul but also think Eric's - 'I think we needed an RNS to say that we are continuing to finalise the deal' or at least 'ongoing negotiations' wording in an RNS should have been issued after 31st Dec.
(this wait is painful and prolonged)
GLA investors
Ktf,
Yep, and just to let you know I have also experienced the same standard email response back a few times now, as I am sure others would.
In summary, no info or updates are being given at this time.
Read into that what you will , but its not exactly pleasing for shareholders and a comprehensive update of everything , and fast is now desperately required from Graham.
And its nearly Feb.
Is it a question of no news is good news here when news finally arrives?
Or has it all gone belly up?
Some views from the less prolific posters on here would be really useful?
(as I am already well aware of the usual suspects views )
Cheers and good luck all
......for some very transformational news here soon followed by some more positive posting shortly afterwards.

So much for coming back in three weeks time then Johnny Boy?
(It's only six days since that previously volunteered post from you)
Thanks John, very useful.....even if a little ambiguous?!.
Looking forward to news landing here personally.
Its been a long wait.
GLA investors and bring on a prosperous 2024
Oh dear Kylie ............its a hand over face type emoji moment for me reading your last paragraph.
Best everyone runs to hill then, we are clearly all doomed.
Its a very good news and suggest strong support for the approach, but as know there is much bigger and hugely transformative news due here soon.
Lets hope that news arrives in time for Christmas!
GLA shareholders
I have sent quite a few emails and only had to chase a couple up, but have always received comprehensive reply's to every question I have ever asked.
GL has always personally responded back and in a very professional manner.
