Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Yep - they certainly both look like buys to me.
Maybe these will add to volume later in the day, could be an interesting finish.
Agreed, but both still not showing as brought volume
KTF -an excellent summary.
Also, with Phase 2 funding news imminent (if positive) then I believe a significant re-rate here is probable.
Its looking good and like things are still on track with the new LNG facility to be up and running at start of 2024!
News now on Phase 2 pipeline funding will be a gamechanger for this company.
In the last Q&A (in January) I am sure Graham said he would have news next month.
That means an RNS in due to land in the next 4 weeks (should timescales be accurate?)
The official extension period for agreeing Phase 2 pipeline funding is currently March 15th, but I, like a few others, are getting increasingly impatient and anxious waiting for this long overdue news and personally I am foolishly overleveraged with shares (totally my fault) so just wondered if anyone had any predictions/guesses on when they think we will actually receive an update?
GLA shareholders
The SP is just simmering atm.
One decent RNS which is probable in Feb would quickly change this now.
Not long now until this Phoenix Rises from the Ashes!! (IMO)
GLA
Thanks Ducati,
I agree regarding preference.
Wouldn't this commit 'Sound' to three drills in 2023, and if so is this feasible? (I am no expert)
A confident and comprehensive update from Graham and John yesterday that well summarised by KTF.
One question from this;
Anyone have any ideas on how they may prioritise the three identified drilling sites?
(Could they prioritise the riskier M5 structure first given the shorter duration of licence extension for Annoual)
IMO - Very big wheels still turning here .
Sitting tight - minor fluctuations in SP may seem a little irrelevant in 8 weeks time.
GLA
Dare I say it?
Very positive noises being made here again from Graham in this article!
GLA
This makes for nice reading and very positive noises being made by Graham!!
Graham is certainly sounding confident to me and given that investors have already been informed of significant interest in the Phase 2 pipeline project and the mapped out drilling appraisal/exploration campaign things are hopefully on the cusp of a significant re-rate in SP.
That said, we do still await (somewhat patiently) for the drilling partner news and Phase 2 binding term sheets, but with confirmation of these two elements we should surely see further positive strides and growth in Sound Energy.
Its been such a long and arduous wait here for investors, but so many key factors both locally and globally in Sounds favour now.
GLA investors - roll on March 2023
Yes, definitely positive.
Could really do with more positive news in two weeks time to gain some traction from current SP
GLA
St.Mary - :)) - you're probably still going to need it?!!
Although (with my glass half full) I am still quietly optimistic here regarding Phase 2 project funding update on in December.
Good luck
Great to have updates on the following.
1. a little more info detail regarding the slightly strange tax issue.
2. new appointment of pre FID manager
3. intended timelines for Phase 2 pipeline project binding term sheets
4. level of interest from bigger companies regarding farm out
The patience of a saint is possibly all that's required here from an investment perspective.
IMO - Graham does appear to be delivering exactly what he always said he would.
Blimey.....
A few more days/weeks/month/years of this kind of trading day and we'll have ourselves a half decent share price.
Maybe its just 1p stop losses being triggered?
For those that are interested, I wrote to sound yesterday and I asked about lead in times regarding the new LNG facility by questioning that 2 years was an achievable timeline for both Phase 1 LNG facility and Phase 2 pipeline projects.
The summary received from the company was:
24 months is achievable to build and start producing LNG from new facility
Sound are on target for Phase 1 LNG by end on 2023 - Italfluids would be keen on achieving this timeline to avoid penalties incurred from Q1 2024.
Phase 2 pipeline project - achievable in 24 months from FID
Sounds issue and current aim is getting all funding in place and confirming signed binding contracts with lead bank by
15th Dec 2022
Purely IMO - Sound has a lot of sensitive information that they can't currently disclose, but did ask if a future Shareholder presentation to give investors a further snap shot of information to date would be useful?
If investors are interested in this then i suggest could email GL directly.
Thanks PS .
Really useful to get your thoughts on this - I do concur re missed target dates.
Cheers
Just wondering what others thoughts are with this because when I look at previous rns 's I am kind of hoping that we should receive an update at end of Oct regarding Phase 2 funding and the drilling campaign?
Cheers
