Can anyone rationalise the lack of comms with this share and answer my two questions below please?

Nearly 6 months into 2025.

No drilling programme dates have been announced yet!. No updates regarding any of the other intended key milestones for 2025. (time is running out here isn't it?)

Will the update on 17th June be anything more than regurgitated info from the past? (again)

Is drilling in 2025 still achievable?

I would greatly appreciate someone with more knowledge of this business answering these questions for me please?

Seems a poor state of affairs when key shareholders continue to feel this way. Its definitely for valid reason too. Timelines have previously been vague and generalised and investors understandably want these to be more nailed on in terms of accurate comms moving forward. Will this change now with Managem running things. Sound have to take accountability here.

Emphasis was placed on drilling at the point of the completed binding deal with Managem, but we are now over 5 months since this previous announcement.

Is it unreasonable in any way for investors to not expect a drilling programme to be announced within this time?

Questions regarding communicated timelines (past/future) for key milestones needs to be asked.

Specific timelines and better communication with these would be welcomed and reassuring for all investors/shareholders here.

BOD's please take note of this key issue and acknowledge/address this on 23rd April with the Investor Presentation.

Surely it will be in the next few weeks. Graham was keen to get at least one of these targets drilled in 2025 (SBK-1 preference from memory, then M5).

I believe Managem will also be keen to see drilling asap and with the resource they bring I am confident there will be lots of planning going on behind the scenes here.

How fast track that will be, not sure, but we will find out soon enough when announced.

Sound have continuously missed deadlines to date, but could things change now with Managem running the show?!!

'A joint venture workshop is scheduled in March, with active participation of the Company, to review the exploration strategy, the planned exploration targets and to commence the technical, contractual and regulatory work required to initiate drilling operations'

It would be good to get an update following this workshop.

Surely something soon re-drilling timelines and order of exploration targets.

IMO this will be the catalyst to finally generate more interest and lift the currently deflated SP.

Yeah, I do wish you well if you do purchase another 10 mill of these shares. It would be a ballsey move. Technically, this makes perfect logical sense on paper right now.

Just at a time when I thought we would finally be receiving frequent news flow and updates on Phase1, Phase 2 and forthcoming drilling............there is nothing!!??

Incredible to think the share price is still at rock bottom. On paper sound are in a far better position than they have been for many years.

This desperately needs a catalyst (and fast) to change sentiment, and in turn the share price.

IMO an accurately and clearly time lined drilling program for 2025 could be that catalyst.

Makes a lot of sense for Mohammed to be working for Managem now.

Plenty of things for Sound to develop and work on independently, ie Sidi.

I would have thought John will be more chewing at the bit with any forthcoming drills at Tendrara, Annual, and Sidi developments from seismic and potential farmout.

Could anyone here have a rough educated guess as to how long is it likely to take them to announce the timeline for the forthcoming drilling programme?

I am sure we were told this was going to take place in 2025 and personally I think it could be a catalyst for the SP to finally increase from where it is.

This could now really make a significant difference in the SP.

Definitely good to keep feet our feet on the ground and a healthy dose of realism to boot but from here given the recent transformational deal and broker note valuation of 4p per share I would think we are now highly likely to see a few decent step ups in SP from here.

Things really going in the right direction now and 2025 this should be exciting times with the drilling SBK-1 and M5.
