Management is saying more than $14 silver equivalent aisc this year, actually $14.1-14.5 and then higher capex on top, or $1210-1250 gold aisc. So costs nearing 25% up on 2019 and with lower production and increased capex about 40 or 50% lower profit I guess, which justifies the lower share price before the politics, particularly with the not very exciting exploration news and Chilean politics and delay on rare earths. As ever so so so hope your optimism trounces my pessimism and proves me and management projections totally wrong

I Don’t want more as still have round £750k! Just holding as hoping inflation will make gold go up which is what Hoc needs plus some good exploration news, the politics is what it is and I don’t mind losing a bit and paying higher taxes if it helps the incredibly needy in Peru, but I do mind that the company hasn’t been better at finding more gold, which also means that costs have also risen stupidly, and I do mind that the main owner and his MD both sold quite a lot of shares in expectation of now, although I am pleased that they have now hedged in expectation of silver falls. The question is how low will we go before we turn, with this flighty share, the inability of gold to react to inflationary expectations now there are so many alternatives and Peruvian politics. I will go on posting that I expect Hoc to fall but then rise as I have consistently, and sadly been righter than this who kept saying it would hit 300 soon, as I believe these boards are much better when they help understand both sides of the argument and explain why price is falling when it is rather than just it is some kind of conspiracy against them

Yes shame only quarter profits exposed to silver piece on top of the politics so flat or down again

Mapp, sadly I am not a shorter, wouldn't even know how, nor am I a seller who will then rebuy, I have far too many of these and have owned for over 16 years, some bought at over 10 times the current price though luckily topped up to average down when it was very low; I am committed to Orosur, but find it quite extraordinary that when I suggest this share that I know so well over 15 years, and had plenty of communication with the board, will fall on lack of good news, and my reading of the RNS, some people like you take offence and say must be a shorter, even though my view turns out right. I don't call you a ramper, but appreciate your opinions, I am just expressing my views, if I felt by lying this morning and saying great rns I could have helped the shares then maybe, maybe that is what you do, but I believe in being truthful. Thank you.

Capital Economics also think rates will rise increasing opportunity cost of holding gold and knocking the price down $200 by Xmas; lets hope they are wrong or Hoc won't be making a lot

Yes Capital Economics suggest gold will drop $200 by Christmas partly due to rising interest rates, as Yellen mentioned, and thus the higher opportunity cost of holding gold, which would put us back in the 70's until our output recovers and costs fall back obviating gold's fall. Let's hope Capital Economics is very wrong

read Kemot who appears knowledgable, gold exploration has always been a very risky business, sadly that is not drivel as the share price also attests, wish that your were right and your wishful thinking could propel our share up, sadly will take more and has said less than evens but if it does hit could make us lots, that is not enough for many investors who aren’t prepared to lose all their money

Just so, but markets then to over react in anticipation, hence Rothschild’s sell the rumour buy the news if it is expected bad, and buy the rumour sell the news if expected to be good

Tiger I think the point of calling Tharisa a rhodium mine with other metals is that Rhodium is more than double their next biggest metal chromium and far more important now than platinum palladium iridium and ruthenium that between them only make up another quarter ,so movement in any make far less difference than Rhodium

or you believe NM put tiny amounts for them in a number of different exploration ventures, thinking it only needs one or two to come up trumps, a bit like us

we can all have our views but Cey had fallen around 15% with the fall in gold from last Aug before the mine wall news, it fell a further 25% after the rns announcing the wall collapse, it has slowly continued on down with falling gold - overall gold miners are off around 25%, and smaller ones more, hence I think the halving of cey share price is half from gold half from the wall but as you think

As said half Cey fall because of fall in gold and hence profit hit of around 15-20%, half from lower ounces and higher costs which are due to mine wall. Despite considerable higher silver than Fri Hoc just can’t get it up at the moment, clever Ernesto and Bustamente selling above here in anticipation

Dr Remington and others I would so love to be wrong but the price is already drifting as nothing very exciting to justify the price, as said nothing new that makes it worth no more than before Agnico bought in, yet, and a pure punt on what they do or don’t find in the future. Oh price please turn and shoot up and prove me wrong….

Our share price is actually up about 25% on a year, pretty good with a falling gold price tho they were suffering closed mines a year ago. Cey is down a whopping one third, half I reckon from falling gold and half from the lower ounces and higher costs.
