Looks like a bit of bad press floating around today for them and the UK regulator recommending Under 30's take one of the mRNA type jabs now, which most would probably want to stay away from given the choice.

Will be an interesting next few weeks now for vaccines and testing news.

The current jabs will be rendered ineffective within a year.

I guess the dangers of Covid will be around for quite sometime yet unfortunately.

As I understand it the mutation takes place as a result on contracting the virus. If so, then people really need to be educated on this. So many people who have had the jab hold the opinion we are safe now lets get it opened up but if the they can be infected then they are a source for mutation but they don't seem to give a thought to that.

I just can't believe its about having a vaccine. Surely its about being able to demonstrate an immunity to the designated variants of concern at any point of entry.

I.e there are 30 variants. The UK decide there are 5 you must demonstrate immunity from to gain access to work, events, public places. These must be demonstrated by having antibody tests for these viruses regularly as feeding the results back into a national database. Once you levels drop below a certain point you need testing more frequently until the point of having a booster.

If you can't demonstrate I'm.unity to all 5 variants you cant get in place, therefore people having a vaccine need to consider the variants they are vaccinated against and how long immunity last for against each variant.

Just having a vaccine when no one knows how long each individual will remain immune for and not against all variants cannot IMO ever be considered a credible solution.

There is no doubt about the way these jobs are being advertised some news is going to break soon re new contracts and direction of the business that is going to cause a significant re rate.

AIM is probably the dirtiest cesspit of a market. If you don't think manipulation and corruption happens, at a grand scale with no repercussions then you are indeed one of those naive investors.

IMO either,

GM is complicated and is aware of the likelihood and potential terms of a takeover and therefore by his lack of action is aiding,

Or

He is naive to what is obviously about to take place.

Either way we will find out soon.

Just like to add what a great job they have done in getting this far with the vaccine and roll out.

Seems to me like big desperation in the narrative of the vaccine efficacy being pushed against the back drop of variants that are to cause havoc by not being covered by the vaccine.

Seems this is really spooking the Govt and reading between the lines doesn't sound good to me.

As NCYT will be getting the data back first on new variants, hence being able to gain a first mover advantage on selling more and more SNPsig kits for all the new variants time after time.

Looks like a huge number of riles either been filled recently or advertised with NHS titles at PD/Novacyt.

Worth looking into as it clearly demonstrates an increasing closeness between the two parties on multiple fronts.

Needless to says I tip my hat to the poster who has highlighted this info and I hope more is shared in here later today.

All in all very relaxed here and will add further today in the co nfidence the next news will have the broker notes reflecting number mearwr the blue sky £35 level.

I know we don't get much PR from the company and have to join the dots ourselves but please do look yourselves and you will find the same info, sitting in the public domain.

Its impossible to draw any other opinion other than. A large bond between the NHS and PD/Novacyt is being formed, hence the silence, why huge NHS contracts will be secured (longer term) and hence why GM says this is ionly the start.
