The question is if this how long will the company be able to sit on this info but the situation becomes untenable. The rumours seemsextremely strong now and fit in with the SP action and unfathomable commentary provided by GM.

All in all it shouldn't take long now and the pressure in increasingly growing on the company to be transparent and release info that they have.

Would make sense IMO to have a legal rep not coming from the people taking you over. How do you trust them 100% in that scenario. Better to have someone from another similar sized company who will/may then move into a new role after the deal is done.

I've been a believer for sometime now that a takeover has been in the offing. All the reasons stated by Steve are valid.

Let's not forget, we don't seem to have sold that much in the US, maybe the results will provide some clarity on that BUT we should also rememeber the raft of PDMR share dealing carried out at the back end of last year including James Mccarthy buy below. He is sat of on quite a loss himself currently.

Makes you wonder, all those director buys and such poor forward guidance given not once but twice. Hammering the price and keeping it down.

If a take over approach comes in the next few weeks, alot of questions are going to e asked over disclosure, that's for sure.

GM's and ODDO's recent comments and attitude towards the furture prospects suggest they are contributing to helping lower the price.

Hence, Im suspicious of their motives. None downs their own investment or company, unless there is other benefit.

If there is info known re a takeover the BoD must release it to market immediately inline with LSE rules and regulations.

If there is anything in the rumours, then I expect an RNS PDQ TBH, or there will be alot of hassle.

Im almost certain about a takeover now and IMO the company is greenlighting it.

Something is not adding up here. We know the business is doing great and worth alot more. I still say something behind the scenes is screaming TO for me.

Not sure what Mullis'game is on this exact poi t but the first time was bad enough but give him the benefit of the doubt. The second time, you start to think he meant to write it like that.

I can now see alot of people around the world becoming more hesitant in light of the recent news.
