Out of interest, why do you ask? Maybe you want to know about them growing/shrinking the share pool?... They've got some shares in treasury (~4.5million of them) which they could sell in the market and use the proceeds thereof to buy U3O8. If they want to put more shares than that into the market they'd need a vote. And if they wanted to do a buy-back, I think it would need a fresh share-holder vote, but they have done buybacks before.

Still illiquid today. I guess everyone's got the positions they want going into the consolidation already.

The liquidity is as much of a joke as the price. Just tried to buy some at 4p but there's only a tiny amount available, can't buy any significant size at 4p.

The trades at 420p are partial fills of my resting bid - it'll be there all day if not filled. That's at a nice round 10% discount to NAV now that the U3O8 spot has moved up, which I reckon is a great point to be buying.

What seller do you mean? The 300k shares traded today at 4p was a buy, everything else was odd lots.

There's some support at 4p though.

Where does this belief come from? Has this all stemmed from the pumpy fellow on twitter saying, without evidence, they were bidding on 9 licences?

It rather goes against what they said they would be doing, which was that they'd not be doing anything new else while they built up cash.

Just means the bond holders would need to agree, and if they are being paid out in full the would surely agree.

If a deal was structured so that IOG received £££ around the time of the next call date, paid the bonds off early using the call option attached to the bond and then new owners took control the bond holders wouldn't even get a say in it.

If not "worrying about the bond for the next year" is "the bigger picture" then, yes.

I don't mean that sarcastically, but you just can't ignore 120mil+ EUR debt payments due next year when valuing this business.

"Refinance the debt" is a goal or an objective, not a plan. I realise you are quoting one of their RNases the stated that was a plan, but this shows the aren't in control of the debt.

Since an extra 5mil EUR was added to the debt, the bond yield is now in excess of 100%. I.e. no-one is keen on the existing debt, so no-one is going to be providing fresh debt just to make the existing debtors good.

The company's going bad right now. It's missed the coupon payment and then failed to meet the waiver it agreed.

Gas prices this coming winter and farm-in opportunities do nothing for what is happening right now.

High yield bond holders aren't sitting around a table right now debating how they can help shareholders, picture scumbag loan sharks but backed up by lawyers instead of violence - this is what IOG are negotiating with at this point.

I hope you mean 10%+ rather than 10p+ , far too optimistic if you are thinking the latter.

Great you understand the risks, the downside. But I question that you overestimate the reward - this random claim that bondholders will help move the SP to 5p, looks..., well, random. Why/how do you think bondholders will do this - do you think a simple 1month waiver will result in an SP of 5p?

Where do you "see" it? Crystal ball? Tarot cards? In your dreams?
