Creswick = jewel in the crown now it seems, even though the last holders gave it away for nothing.

Max, this is news, not exciting news. And given my belief in Creswick it is now on the final march of putting a nail in this coffin. My suspicions are, ECR now know it's worthless, they rolled the dice and failed, again, but they have to spin it out to extract as much cash as possible from investors before they can call it a day there fully. This is why it's taken so long to get around to it.

But only my opinion obviously and we'll not find out for around 2-3 months really. Let's see what happens eh?

TS - remind me again what the N143-101 is based on, how much drilling went into it? At least just acknowledge that it is built on a house of sand?!

The cash that I stand to lose on ECR is so inconsequential that it doesn't matter.

Max, you are an ECR propagandist, you are hardly the first port of call for investment advice, clearly. How much value have you secured through ECR, when did you start investing?

au contraire, I've made very good money on AIM, Boo Hoo & Blue Prism have been fantastic. I've also done very well with Aussie miners over many years. I've yet to have any luck with exploration companies on AIM but it is a lottery.

How do you think he is going to fund things Tamer?

I think the next placement will be around a 40% discount from today's SP and will have crazy warrants attached. If we can raise close to £1m, and god knows how that will happen, this is another 250,000,000 shares in issue. We will see 4bn+ shares in issue mid-2024, I think. I can not see how anything can stop this from happening if I believe, which I do, that Creswick is another dud. AH is not a magician, and ECR is not miraculous.

I do like an occasional trip to Vegas, Legal.

Max, yes, I do own shares in this company, as said before. I do not though have any expectation that I will see that come back to me and now using it as a learning experience and leaving it in so I have a retained interest in how awful ECR is and to make sure I don't make the same mistake again. It is going to stay on my list of investments to remind me to do more research.

Partly boredom, partly fun. I didn't know about these boards pre-covid so it has been fun reading the BS on here and learning the outright shenanigans that go on. ECR is a dog though and deserves all the negativity.

TalkingS&!t that 'proven' resource is very, very, shaky. I would ask you again to read the RNS's issued during this time; the multiple delays, the disagreements over the results, ECR's data shared on an excel spreadsheet and provided to the most remote lab possible, them being based on a set of results largely comprised of soil samples and less than 1,000m of drilling, and only part of the drill cores at that.

So, TalkingS&!t, my argument is that it is both unproven and non-commercially viable. As said, I'm the only one who seems willing, to tell the truth.

What have you got next in the ECR brainwashed/paid to Ramp nonsense to help propel this forward? Or, maybe you are actually smarter than I'm thinking, maybe you say all these stupid things on purpose to make people reiterate why this is such a bad company.

What's changed since this RNS was released 7 years ago? Take special note of 'Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability.' Am I missing something here, TalkingS&!t? Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Show me any other project, anywhere in the entire world that has had a DTM on such a flimsy project as this. The results from the data are so weak my 108 year old Granny could beat them up.

No, I'm not carrying a double-digit anything. I think I'm the only one honest on this board. It's all very well saying we have 66k oz's but that does not detract from how commercially viable it is - ie how much does it cost to extract, and can we do it? Honestly, TalkingS&!t, what do you do for an actual living?

TalkingS&!t, it was worthless when it was passed to ECR for nothing. In all the work ECR has done, not a single thing so far has raised its initial value of £0 to anything more. I remember when CB did an interview about Queensland and how it would be worth £2m after only spending £50k to lease and register the claim. You are very much in the cloud cuckoo land it seems as well.

Danglay, you have to be really in cuckoo land also if you think it's worth anything close to making a difference. Let me remind you of how this 'resource' is calculated

* An Inferred Mineral Resource of 1,200,000t at a grade of 1.6 g/t gold for 60,500oz gold (the “Resource”) has been estimated using a cut-off grade of 0.75 g/t gold

1.2 million tonnes no less. And based on;

The Resource has been estimated using gold assay results from more than 1,000m of predominantly surface channel sampling, approximately 440m of trench sampling, and the upper, oxidised parts of seven reverse circulation (RC) and four diamond drill holes. ECR supplied Snapper with channel sampling, trench sampling, and RC and diamond drilling data, in the form of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet datasets.

Let's get a grip on the facts as to what ECR is. We are on a death spiral right now and there's nothing that can be done about it. Miracles DO NOT happen.

History repeats. At our very best, we are again back at the very beginning of the cycle. Blue Moon, and dare I say Creswick, have both turned up as worthless. We are now in the position of having to raise roughly £3-4m over the next 2 years to keep the ship floating and carry on. What price are these raises coming at, and what more dilution is required? We will be back up at 4bn shares in a flash and then culling 100 for 1, again.

Why would the Directors buy when there's nothing to prop up the current SP, and they actually believe it's going to drop? I mean, they're not stupid. And, if they did buy some shares themselves, how much/many would they need to give the market confidence? There's no point in chucking in less than £20k each, IMO. I'd say the odds of them doing so would be less than 10%.
