TalkingSense, you said earlier today ' absolutely nothing built in' do you think that the SP will not drop on this news? Market already expects it in your eyes?

To say we have no money is a bit of a stretch, we raised £5+ last year. No matter what has gone on it's inconceivable that has all been spent.

Disappointing to say the least.

I didn't think we were low in cash when this news came in though. We are getting management fees and raised a good chunk not so long before. Significant news must be coming very soon. I would expect some progress on at least one of our sites in GL this year.

I think RM definitely has a hand in this. Wish they would get their **** together and get things moving. I think we were around 4.5p when this 'funding' was announced.

TalkingSense, did you think the previous holders of Crewick thought at one point it must hold some value? Then they came to realise it was worth SFA. The problem with exploration is the more work you do the less valuable it becomes (unless you hit massively).

No end game Max, I couldn't care less who buys or sells. I think by this point most genuine holders have made their minds up and positioned themselves.

Given the multiple recent RNSs containing upgraded drilling results, soil sampling and very strong rock chip sampling results at Creswick, what evidence (rather that 4 years ago....) would lead you to believe that the drill results at Creswick would not be positive? Everything that the company has released in the last 2 years makes me believe that they will not be commercial. Nothing of note, at all, leads anyone to believe that this is a gold mine.

How much is Itagon worth? It is worth ZERO.

Do you think that positive sentiment would be further enhances if the drilling at Hurricane is positive and the deal proceeds? We have no cash for this - so dilution first. To note, AH tried to secure funding for this over the last 2 years and failed, the company subsequently went under.

When do you think the next placement will be and why? As said, 4 weeks. Why - because we have very little cash, obviously.

Why are you assuming Q3? You're not exactly the messiah when calling the time of placements (see nov/dec). I can't assume anything you say to be correct in this regard. They will be trying to arrange a placement now, if not they are even more foolish than I currently think.

You are dreaming TalkingSense. 4+ years at Creswick. The asset lets not forget that ECR picked up for nothing and refused to disclose who they got it from. Itagon resource is based on less than 1,000m of drilling and even then a million + tonnes would need to be dug out, extracted, and then rehabilitate the land, for maybe, maybe 64k oz. Ballieston, what is it worth after we've found nothing for years? There's hope and there's outright fantasy. You live in the later.

How much can hiring out a rig bring in though, per month? Didn't it cost around £300k? If so would expect a rental of around £20k a month max. Very simple figures but if anyone has something more concrete that would be great.

I've been saying we are in a death spiral for the last 6 weeks or so. There is nothing that can be done with our live assets to correct our SP. Worst case no one wants to invest and we go bust and someone picks up our assets for pennies on the pound. Maybe a Chinese real estate developer?

TalkingSense - To say our cash position was extensively discussed a while back as a way of a response is silly. Why even bother to address the point if all you are going to do is add nothing at all of value?

Cashking - we don't know if the outflow of cash is consistent month to month - I would think it would be quite considerable these last few months with reported activity.

Serious questions to all 'rampers' -

1. How low would you let the cash get to before doing a raise?
2. What result at any of our current projects would raise this SP enough to get a placing away above 1p? grades and length, please.

I'd say by the end of April we will be sitting close to £600,000, maybe pushing to the end of May. If I was in ECR's position, would I be trying to raise cash before the results start coming in? Of course, I'd be raising now in the hope of said results. I certainly wouldn't be waiting another 2 months in case the results are released and are bad and we are in a critical cash position at the same time.
