I think this company could do bust so a decent raise would go a long way to settle concerns of losing all my money.

Dan, I would happily take a raise here for £1.5m+ with a 25% discount, backed up with the sale of the property. ECR would then have a clear runway to build value in the SP

tamer, i'm for balanced discussion really. when the project was last presented, what technical analysis/results did they have to support it? and, if it's such a late stage exploration target, why are they now only carrying out these types of activities? - ' interpretation of the lidar data shows potential outcrops along strike at the existing gold and antimony mineralised quartz breccias known as the tornado, cyclone and holmes prospects ' - note the key word here, potential. the results over the next couple of months will be decisive, ah either knows the ground, or he doesn't, and if he doesn't he's really still ******* in the wind hoping for a strike.

I reckon it needs a substantial amount of proper investigation/interpretation/drilling before we can think if it might be a winner, or not. It would be nice to have a Geo team that you can really believe in, but it is what it is and we have who we have it seems.

I would imagine that last time around when they were trying to raise money for it they had insufficient data for people to take a punt on it. Hence why it never got off the ground, which was surprising given it was during the covid gold rush, I think? So, this time round they are going to spend some more hard earned cash to see what they can discover. In the meantime, no matter what, ECR will need to raise substantial amounts of cash which comes with dilution. Unless you are incredibly lucky, everyone here just now is going to lose more money.

Dan, are you a new person who has responsibility for this handle? If not you have a pretty poor memory. I hold shares in ECR and have done for a long time now.

Sorry, Dan. Have work and dog walking duties. Unfortunately, they do get in the way of the riveting exchanges here. To answer you though, that was no answer at all. If you talk of Substance, I would expect something other than the talking up/ramping of the prospects of what is, to be fair, a failing company.

Other points for discussion could be;

1. why is every project failing

2. what is being done with all the money that's being spent

3. why we are rewarding constant failure, whether at the drill bit or on business activities (such as buying property/rigs)

4. and importantly, is there really anything we can do about it?

People should be pretty angry, I can't understand how anyone can really be positive about ECR in any way shape, or form. Unless you are rewarded for doing so, then I can understand.

It's funny how you never answer a question really, TS. I'm asking legitimately, what was the post with substance? Thinking about ECR it strikes me that in 10+ years they have never created anything of value, at all. Every single project, and to an extent, employee, has failed. You've got to ask yourself, who is doing due diligence for the company before parting with shareholders cash.

All I've seen these last 3 years on this board is nonsense, nobody discusses/reveals/discovers anything substantial, period.

Also Notrex, I very much doubt he has bought 15m shares. I would believe that he/she/they have been given them for free for consultancy work.

I wonder if they picked up Lolworth just because it starts with lol? Maybe a new strategy for attracting younger investors.

Dan, what evidence do you have to back up your claims about AH? ECR's problem is with DD, staff, and projects IMO.

Tamer, what's the depreciation on a 1-year-old Great Wall? I don't think we'll see a profit, maybe not even a sale for that matter. It really depends on what the after-market support is like for customers in Aus. No point in buying something that breaks down often and you can't get parts for. That would be a mishap, right?
