The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
In case you can't find them, as they have now gone bust - they are listed as G79 - most interesting reading for you I would suggest would be the Investor Presentation from 15th June 2022, then following that, Prospectus Withdrawn and Delisting from ASX, 18th August 2022. In between these, it's handy to read the comments along the way from investors.
Tamer - if he couldn't get funding 3 years ago for the project when he was with Placer/OZ Gold, after banging on everyone's door for months on end, why do you think there will be a different response now?
Dan, you are confusing an accounting asset against real-life worth. To put it another way, if you have a license area and you drill the sh!& out of it for 5 years and come up with absolutely zero, do you think it's worth more, or less? Put on this the work that previous companies/miners have carried out on the same ground in previous campaigns. Eventually, it is completely worthless. You can carry on saying that you have an asset that is worth something for only so long, you find out its real worth when you come to try to sell it.
How much did the rigs cost, Dan? We obviously have ongoing liabilities that does consume our cash so that is dwindling all the time. I said our MCAP is worth £1-1.25m, not quite worthless. Plant and Machinery, what do you think this 2nd hand stuff would be bought for if a company goes bankrupt? 10p on the pound, or is that too generous? We've maybe spent a million absolute max on the rigs and their certainly not going up in value.
Yeah, I am. They are worth what someone will pay, and as we paid nothing, they are worth exactly that at this stage.
Are we all dreaming again along with CB - saying spending £50k would mean they are worth £2m? FFS get a grip and read the information provided. ECR are worth just over cash. They have no expertise, no IP, and no land that has commercial material to mine, they also have no full-time staff.
Max, you are dreaming, again. ECR is not worth the current MCAP. The current flavor of the month, Queensland, how much have we paid for these assets? SFA I'd suggest so why would someone come and buy us?
We are worth just over cash on hand. We have a long way to drop yet. I called for a realistic at the time, a £3m mcap about 4 months ago, now that Creswick has crumbled we are worth, imo, around £1-1.25m.
Is AH now firmly on the same footing as the late departed Craig Brown? How long until he confesses that the phones have been ringing off the wall?! Well done to TalkingSense for highlighting this
From the end of the interview: Is Lolworth & Hurricane on other companies radars?
AH "What we are doing moving forward will stir up interest in certain areas"
Max, if I had even the slightest suspicion that you lot were genuine investors it would be different, but, given you are all a bunch of company paid rampers - you get what you deserve. I'm still up for that in-person meet up by the way, how are we getting on with that?
#charlatan's the lot of them
ah current interview with the robot that is as - he pretty much just completely annihilated the entire company and everything that they've been doing to date. what a p£!ck. i wonder how the 'team' are going to respond. if the geo had any sort of morals he would be handing in his notice just now.
down 29% currently, don't worry though tamer, max, and talking****, much lower incoming.
Tamer, unfortunately, if anyone did want or seek your advice they would have lost a shed load of money now, and no end in sight for a potential return. You honestly must think people are stupid.
Nice to see ECR do what ECR does so well. Not much to say except this has been forecast I'm almost tired of talking about it. So now comes massive dilution.
All very well saying off to Queensland under the great AH, but let's remember the facts, he has been there for many years before coming into ECR. His last company tried to raise capital for this same project not so long ago and could not, and subsequently folded.
BUYERS BEWARE, this company does not care what projects they invest in, they don't care about results either way. Genuine investors take note - do not even think of buying into this company until they have reconsolidated the number of shares in issue, as they do every 6 years or so. Death spiral now and at least a 50% drop in SP coming just around the corner.
All IMO of course and dyor.
Wouldn't it be nice if the Aus govt asked for a new Oz-listed gold miner to be formed due to the disappearance of Newcrest. GGP subsequently dual lists and then we take control of Telfer, all of Hav and suck up all the other gold discoveries within the district, and build a new Aussie/UK giant.
Nice to pop in and see the usual ECR crew hard at work, just a pity no one is buying shares to reward you guys for your effort. Cash sufficient for all 'planned' work - what about the unplanned/scheduled work??? Raise coming soon... more shareholder dilution is just around the corner.
Can't wait for the Creswick results, it's been spun out so long it is beyond a joke.
TalkingSense, why do you take it upon yourself to communicate this nonsense that anyone can read for themselves, are you paid to do this? Stop ****ing on my head and telling me it's raining, please.
No point in anyone buying in now until they announce the next raise, which is coming along soon if they can. No arguments, Max, just facts.
