To be honest I thought Andrew Scott was an AI image the first 10 or so interviews I've seen him produce, long before he got involved with ECR. He is like a wooden puppet, with no personality or original thought. Why anyone would consider him a 'PR guru' is lost on me. Max, last week you wanted this board to actually discuss the pros and cons of our situations, I put up my thoughts but seems your reasoning has been lost in the post. Where are you on the progress of ECR, and why it should be a company worthy of further enthusiasm?
Maybe you should qualify your statements before posting them with open interpretation and with such bold claims. I'm still not fully understanding your lawsuit so perhaps you could enlighten me. If, for example, you win your case, what do you expect to be returned to you, and from where? To the detriment of all other shareholders? You profess to represent only 9m shares, a drop in the ocean compared to the outstanding share capital of now over 1bn (although this too seems to be up in the air given some on here seems to think the proposed raises of late have been canceled after the fact) so what weight do you think you really carry in this? Don't get me wrong I'm pretty peeved at what has gone on here over the last 2 years but I'm still trying to figure out what you really hope to achieve with your 'lawsuit', and if there is any merit whatsoever on a successful outcome.
What are you hoping to achieve with this lawsuit and in what timeframe? How long have you invested in JAY and what was the purpose and your exit strategy? If UK investors are going to blow £100k it would be better done here in the UK.
Max, as I understand, all the company's current assets make up the current MCAP? So, selling the house, or rig, both of which were ridiculous purchases in the first place, would not increase the SP, as it would balance off that book value. Now, if those assets are sold for less than book value, the SP would then drop further to reflect the discrepancy. But it would give us cash on hand which is key right now. The Phillipines 'asset' is now shown at a £0 value in the accounts, so if that was sold then the SP would increase as it would be seen as an added bonus. The chance of that happening seems to be quite slim given the very limited results that went into it. Without looking back I believe that it is factored on less than 1,000 meters of drilling and would need 1 million tonnes of earth moved to extract it plus a few roads built, so, it is not really economically viable and the £0 value it currently holds on our accounts seems about right. Being fully funded to carry out rock chip samples and to cover exorbitant salaries is not going to increase our SP either, as no matter what more money needs to be raised on the back of them. What do you believe is going to increase the SP up to a penny? Who cares what options they hold, it means nothing at the end of the day, they could award themselves at 10p, it means the same as 1p. It has absolutely zero bearing on reality.
Now I'm not an Accountant or any sort of mining or investment professional so I'm very happy to be corrected on my understanding.
The problem is, I can't see anything positive these last 2.5 years to discuss. Hurricane is not the answer, I think. I've read through the work that AH had carried out on this project in his last company before going into liquidation and it wasn't compelling. The fact that rock chip samples are being carried out now after a fair bit of money has already been spent on it does not build confidence. Where are the positives for you just now?
Best case scenario is that they are able to raise some money, otherwise, every single person is losing every single penny they have invested here. That obviously comes with massive dilution to everyone, yet again, but I'd take that over going bust, at least we would live to fight another day. It's very, very difficult to see this ever again over 1p unless the shares are again consolidated.
Max, what is it you would like to be discussing, and what value do you feel you are adding personally? There are very few posters on any boards on this platform that could be construed as value-adding, the only person I can think of is Bamps over on GGP, and even with his excellent knowledge of geology and mining it's not helping the SP over there. So, please enlighten us on what would you like to see being discussed, and feel free to highlight any post you've made over the last 4 years on here that you think is worthy of being talked through.
Ah, Max. Seems you can't interpret information too well either. I want a real life meet up to see who's real and who is not, as I think you and a good few others are dirty rotten scoundrels. You guys are bottom feeders scrapping around this type of share, you must really be at the high point of your career.
The fear of waiting for some drilling/results at Hurricane before a raise is real. If ECR are true to form and find nothing tangible then a raise will be near impossible, or come at a VERY heavy discount. The best hope would be to shift the items that should not have been bought in the first place and secure some time to do some proper exploration.
