I've not once, ever, called for the Directors to take a pay cut, or sacrifice salary, that was Dan leading that call.

This 'company' is a complete joke and needs investigating. Everything that's bad with AIM is right here with ECR. This should not be a publicly listed company.

£200,000 for 2 Directors, not 4. They will be extracting this by selling off shares, giving little hope for the SP to rise, along with the rest of the board and Advisors. I knew things were bleak but the market must really hate ECR for them to have to bring in these 2 and this deal.

At least today this RNS lays out how many greedy little piggies are sucking pi's dry. Disgusting.

So for bringing in £600k in financing, they are taking out £200,000 per year! My goodness, it goes from bad to worse. We have 4 'Directors' all sucking the company finances dry. This is 100% not an investable share, this is only for trading. I'm counting at least 8 non-technical people all eating from the ECR table with only 1 Geologist.

Are you reading what you are posting? Why don't people engage with a fictional character?! Jokes just get better and better with ECR.

These 'investors' that have turned up, InvestingGenius & Tech Guru, both appeared on JAY recently and the share price collapsed there too. All part of the same crew, or the same person. Here today and gone tomorrow. They're not in the same game as actual investors/pi's so playing a different game. I just can't see how they think they make a positive impact on the SP, apart from a few mugs in the short term getting caught out, by posting on these silly boards. It's a joke.

I'm not sure because at this stage they mean zero, zilch, sfa. There is nothing but negativity surrounding this company so my posting reflects it rather well I'd say. If they had managed a raise back in April, at around .42 we'd be in a much better position than we are now, but they couldn't. And now we are stuck with another complete change but unfortunately not with the changes that need to be made.

You mean the results of picking up the rocks? I'm not sure, how they compare with BM, HR3, Creswick? What do you recon? Are they looking like a company maker?

Remember when we bought those rigs, and they turned out not fit for purpose? Or when we engaged with drilling contractors and the rigs couldn't fit under the tree level?

Mate, you've talked up the chances of EVERY single thing these last 4 years, and got it all completely wrong. Now you may have traded it well and that is a side story, but your positive spin has proven wrong each and every time. TalkingSense, as I've said, let's wait and see. If Hurricane was so good, why could they not raise finance for it back in 2020 when things were booming? It'll probably be dropped now and we will be chasing shiny new things, i.e. the new projects mentioned. The new crew needs something new/fresh to ramp, Hurricane wasn't doing it.

For someone who gets things so completely wrong over this last 4 year period, you'd think you'd just pipe down a bit and see how things work out. You're hardly imparting knowledge/wisdom/insight so not sure why you get so upset.

hi ts. if we look back, history being the best indicator of the future and all that, they have been terrible. i've been the only one who has predicted what was to happen here really, i called a halving of the sp when we were at .42, seems i got that right. how many shares are now in issue? we are heading for another consolidation, which seems to happen every 7 years or so with ecr along with a name change. i appreciate that i don't do this for a living and really have nothing to lose, apart from the £500 that i left over in a sipp, so i'm not desperate to ramp ****tails and dreams. time will tell...

Yo Dan. Nice to know you're thinking of me. I'm waiting to see what happens here. I'm expecting to be back down in low .002 quite soon. It was confirmed when 'InvestingGenius' turned up this morning. I've seen him enter JAY in the last month and talk it up and the SP has nearly halved in that time.

My issue with this company, for a long time now, is the crap projects that they pick up and subsequently ramp. How are these 2 going to help with correcting this I don't know, but happy to watch and learn.

Dan though, you are like a fish out of water my man, you have been flipping back and forth in this so much over the last 3 months it's comical.

Why are people hoping/thinking AH will be staying on as a Consultant? We've already got people milking consultancy fees, we hardly need another. If ECR cared about pi's they'll come out this week and give a clear answer on this.

That's roughly 4-5 months' worth of cash, another race is on to get something tangible to increase the SP. I'll be interested to see if our SP holds up this week or drops down to the placing price.

Our problem/s has been with technical due diligence when acquiring projects, I'm not sure how 2 finance type guys solve this. Why can't ECR just buy what they need for a change?

Thank you. Would you think there is a chance that they are putting their own cash into the company, or just assisting with raising finance?

Interesting that the actual buy price is now below the bid. The day could end up near 30% drop then.
