Where has all the cash gone? Between cash on hand end of March 2022 and what we've collected through warrants, raises, and property sales - this amounts to roughly £3,235,000. Where has the £2.6+ million been spent?

My problem isn't so much the individuals themselves though, although Tang might differ. The company itself is the question. The strategy, the delaying tactics, never really following through on what they say, the fact no one is full time employed - especially given the remuneration being paid out, that's the reason why things like the wrong type of drill is mobilised to a site. Then we have the buying of property and quickly disposing of said property, what the hell was that about? These issues are not AH, this is driven by Tang and the major shareholders, whoever and wherever they may be.

I think you'll find that I said he was not an A-list CEO - how can that be disputed? At best, he is someone who can raise capital, as his history shows, and at a substantial dilution also.

What was going on in Australia from 2003 - 2012? Was a bit of a boom wasn't it and everything was 'hot'. I should know, I lived and worked in Perth during some of this time. But let's put this time aside, we can't all live in the past.

AH already tried to raise cash for this project in Australia and failed, and subsequently, his last company had to fold. Who is buying the Dangley project?? The resource is next to worthless. The data to build the resource is based on predominately soil samples and LESS THAN 1,000 meters of drilling, I mean, honestly. It's a joke.

Max, please tell me, in your opinion, how long before ECR is looking to raise more money, and, what price do you think that will be at?

ECR, and the subsequent share price, is a consequence of poor management by the heavily renumerated BoD. They have timed things incredibly badly. They have wasted time and money and now here we are. Maybe if we had a few full-time employees things would progress a little quicker.

When you lie and mislead investors it's pretty difficult to expect people to reinvest when things are in the toilet.
