Talking of quickly dropping nonviable ground, where is that going to be, Blue Moon, Creswick, or both?

How many of them are full-time with ECR- - was this addressed? From what I caught it was more 'we're very busy' what does that mean?

The same questions still exist for me-

Why is AH not on the Board?
How many other companies are he and Adam also working for right now?
What is the Tang doing for his cash?
Where is the Chief Geologist?
What's happening with the sampling shed, and the people that were employed there - is that sitting redundant now?
How many people work full-time for ECR, and what are their duties?
How many people work part-time for ECR, and what are their duties?
Where has all the money been spent?

I'm happy to report that in fact, I'm quite balanced in this share. I thankfully bought in the CB days before the march to 2.5p and collected profit before it was tumbling down here. My SIPP is now showing negative, obviously. Talking Sense, I can only say that I hope many more pi's bought in the CB days, as everyone thereafter is showing a significant loss if not now, surely?

1 trade today on the back of a disappointing day yesterday. Is the jig up for ECR/Tang, have they squeezed every last penny out of pi's, who are now realising that there is NO point investing any more in the company as it will NEVER see a positive return?

The word Ponzi comes to mind easily with ECR. Buyers beware.

How is that the same logic, how can Southampton situation even be considered a close example of a company such as this? Please do come back with something better in defense than to complete nonsense. Time goes quick, I'm not thinking 6 months as to do so would mean something significantly amazing for ECR, I mean the slow drip and demise over the next 3-3.5 years.

As recently as 2017 ECR had 4.7 billion shares in issue and there's nothing to suggest we are not heading there very quickly again soon. Now we're up in the billion + range again it won't take much to get back there. We've also raised roughly £6m in that time.

Dan, with all due respect, that's BS. They announced he was going to become an Executive Director subject to approval. What was he getting approved for if he was not going to be a registered Director of a listed company??

Andrew Scott and Davenport are listed, but neither is our CEO. What is going on?

While I'm at it, RNS as per 25th April last year - apologies for the delay, 2nd rig will be on-site for the end of the summer. How can they continue to get things so wrong with timings? Between this new rig and assay results, they really do SUCK. Where's that Octopus that used to predict winning teams in big football tournaments - wonder if he's free these days to take on a Director role at ECR?

I had lazily posted earlier asking if AH was on the Board, but I've now gone and checked. He is not. I wonder why?

Appointment of CEO

ECR Minerals plc (LON: ECR), the gold exploration and development company focused on Australia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Haythorpe as CEO of the Company. Andrew will join ECR as a non-board CEO prior to assuming the role of executive director, subject to approval, in six months’ time.

Keywords from todays statement - support the Directors belief / The Board remain excited. HE IS NEITHER A DIRECTOR NOR ON THE BOARD.

I am wondering why, what is his employment status, is he just a day rate contractor? Why is he not now the Executive Director, he has been with the company 10+ months now? Why does he not believe in Creswick.

This company does seem to be a complete shamble. Smoke and mirrors all the way. Maybe a few questions that can be addressed in the upcoming 'video'.

It's crazy, the comms coming out of JAY is pathetic. Who actually now owns Kangerluarsuk? Is it not in a JV? Really, really disappointed with Bo (not sure what he does now), and the rest of the BoD. Alan Green is a significant shareholder in ECR, his own words. I wonder who he is on this board, maybe a couple of you? Nice to see the shareholder register is kept bang up to date!!

If anyone wants to look at ECR's accounts head to companies house, everything is free and transparent. I think it was posted with of the BoD was not pulling their weight, I'd suggest ALL of them. They have been a bunch of complete failures.

Enough already with the lithium chat ffs, this is ECR - calm yourselves down. Honestly, this board is getting worse.
