In UK plc the Lords acts as a check on parliament.The make up of the Lords should be a decision taken by the shareholders(us). I personally favour having this audit function as much as parliament has the same function over Government. The Lords are a bit like having a quality audit firm like KPMG checking the accounts,lol.

Would feel very unlikely we would see that price of 55p and if we did it would be related to an early morning political/economic shocker followed by bounce. This share price is now propped up by divi and buy-back.The buy-back does flatten out the dips and for some traders this makes Lloyds less appealing and has probably fell of their watch list but more stable for longterm.

I would like it to all implode closer to Xmas,need Theresa to make a few more promises first. Think of the missed entertainment,lol.

If the buybacks don't gather traction and they won't at these levels,then the only message it sends out to me is Lloyds intention is to buy back as many as possible at the cheapest possible price. Can you see any reason why they would want to pay more?

Childhood without access to any phone,fell out of tree's,fell off bike's,no end of cuts,bruises and brake's the list is endless but first aid was administered by the closest adult or mum 10 hours later when we got home. Social care for the elderly is the current key and Cameron's big society and Blair's third way touched on it but never followed through.My responsibilty along with 2 sisters/wife are to meet the needs of 2 elderly ladies in their nineties(the mums).Unfortunately for many the breakdown of the family structure doesn't support this responsibility which only goes to prove there are sometimes overlooked costs on what type of society we choose.
