I have placed a limit order to buy back in at 7.5p . It's a gamble but it looks like they are being paid and once FCF is confirmed and with further gas sales we could recover to low maybe mid teens. The order is for 45 percent of my previous holding which Isold at 10.1p. With Goldman Sachs buying into tullow whilst simultaneously sending out bearish comments on oil it is a crazy world and it's hard to make sense of any of it. How Savannah can 7.9p after the deal co pletion last year defies belief the downside is surely fear of there being g problems getting paid. Once that fear is removed we might see the teens again.

Totally unfair munchbox you obviously have not read zengas posts from the weekend when he criticised the companys performance bitterly and called for salaries to be reduced and bonuses cancelled. TBTT I cannot understand after the misleading lies and dishonesty that happened under Borreli at BMR how he has not been barred from holding any directorships. I was not a holder but as a long term jlp holder I watched the BMR saga unfold and was appalled by what transpired and know that a lot of honest investors were deliberately mislead. Paul Welch who was with SDX is another serial liar who should be disbarred. The king of crooks imo was Peter Landau of Range resources who eventually
has his assets frozen in Australia and was prosecuted for fraud in respect of other companies he was in loved with.

I am tempted to buy back in to jubilee but am holding off as I share Kalans view that further market retrace is likely. Well done to those who bought in the low 2s and are currently showing g a decent gain

Zengas fair, knowledgeable and balanced as usual I get irritated on the occasions that you are unfairly accused of being a ramper. I was starting to get tempted to get back in but have decided to wait.

In summary Paul in your opinion do you consider SAVP is worth a gamble at the current SP? It looks like they are still being paid although I would have preferred the tweet to say paid in full. That was my main worry aside from further falls in the market in general.

I would appreciate any views on what to expect with the results and the chances of them being better than market expectations. Even if they were the impact on the sp would be likely to be muted for obvious reasons. However if the results RNS confirms we are being paid in full for gas, includes increased sales, includes some positive information on Niger perhaps we might see the low teens. As I have previously stated expect there is a serious risk the market might drop back as the full impacts become clear but the good news is that my record of being g wrong is second to none.

The general consensus of opinion seems to be that the level of cuts is not deep enough to make much difference and the oil price will not rise much if at all. I must admit to being conflicted between wanting to buy back in and fear of the market taking another dive. At the moment I am being cautious. Also I want to here official confirmation that we are being paid with no need to invoke world bank guarantees should not be too much to ask. As for Niger well the market cap did not include anything for Niger before the crash.

Always be a pessimist on AIM if it can go wrong it will go wrong. Optimism on AIM is suicide believe me I know through 15 years of experience. Also in investing on fundamentals is now out of the window. Best go into a casino and place on red or black at least you know the odds they dont change mid spin. CJ if there are any issues you will be extremely angry. Having lost a huge amount due to the market crash I could not afford to give them the benefit of the doubt and sold. Also as I have stated previously I think that the market will fall further as the economic impacts become clear so overall I am not tempted to buy back in yet. I topped up heavily late last year at 20p and held so much hope for this year. That's life flying high in April shot down in may .Its always the risks you do not see coming that get you. We all knew the market can crash but did not expect a virus to trigger it.

Why have they not put out an RNS stating that despite the dire macro economic situation business gas production is continuing and indeed has increased in Nigeria and SAVP is being paid in line with contractual arrangements.
If there are any problems that is material news and demands an RNS. These are exceptional times and share holders deserve an RNS one way or the other. AKs reputation was already shot to hell before this nightmare started what the hell is he playing at. Releasing tweets in this situation suggests to me that they have some good information but want to hide the bad . Otherwise why no formal RNS.

If when the next RNS arrives and it does contain unavourable news I will be very tempted to buy if the fall is big and the issues are likely to be be resolved once this is all over. The MMS are likely to accentuate any initial dip as they normally do. There is still the potential for a recovery here if you can wait 2 to 3 years imo. I have my on thoughts about the price we might see but your guess is as good as mine Once we know the facts people can make informed decisions. It is not a case of doom mongers in the absence of information from the company what do you expe t people to assume. SAVP was my greatest hope for this year I exited with a huge loss. I accept the big drop is because of the virus I should have smelt the coffee in January. My fault alone

I am expecting Niger operations to be postponed and possible payment issues in Nigeria. Hopefully those scenarios are already priced in. Once the virus retreats savp could be a great recovery play particularly if the Saudi Russian spat gets resolved

I agree and expect that the price will spike and then fall back.

The situation in Zambia is evolving. I am expecting Zambia to announce a lockdown just like SA has.

Gkb47 for 20 years I have been travelling for 12 hours at the weekend walking the extra mile to stay employed and now they have destroyed my business. Just watch as companies fail unable to ramp up and ramp down quickly depending on workload and orders. Not an option for me now my costs for my last contract in north London were over 1500 per month on hotels rail fairs food etc which cannot be claimed as expenses now. Yes topcatz I sold all my savp holding on top of everything else there is a risk of non payment in Nigeria in the end I was not expecting the recovery from sub 7p so it was easy to press sell despite the loss. Thanks for good wishes

Just sold everything here and in jubilee. Cant tolerate the risk of things getting worse and was now worrying about why savp are taking g so long to communicate which has heightened my fears of payment problems in Nigeria Selli g is like swallowing poison but I could not contemplate further losses
