I am reading the last two years results I detail and revisiting g the last presentation and I am hoping to articulate a balanced case for investment at today's sp Thanks to those who responded to my earlier post on GWA. I hope I can articulate a case to buy but if I cannot I will say so honestly. My initial instinct is that this is oversold but my record on sp predictions is very poor

In his final Ipingerview before getting the boot from SDX Paul Pinnichio Welsh advised investors to load up with SDx shares because at 32p we were very cheap not divulging that tbe end of year target of 8000bpd would eventually be published as 4000bpd. Why should we have been surprised just before he got the boot from chariot he said tbe shares were a screaming buy at 30p and bough 100000. Price today about 2p. He also said at chariot it was mother nature 2 chariot 0 but it was only half time. The game was abandoned at mother nature 4 chariot nill. I will never forgive him for his lies or myself for being taken in by them. He should be banned from holding directorships but I guess it would be like handing out speeding tickets at the indie 500

In fairness the sentiment in oil and gas in late 2019 became diabolical and many well run companies market caps have taken a hammering look at rockrose and many others. However AK was unwise to make the statement it is just asking for trouble. It's as if the market takes perverse pleasure in rubbing people's nose in it when they are down. Get AIIM to take another chunk of accugas and uquo and use the cash to publish a funded drilling program in Niger.
There must be options. The thing that frustrates me about Niger is that the failure to get a farmin partner predates covid so our chances now must be slim and it looks like slims left town

I watched the dr thrice led presentation late last night and as a non subject matter expert I wanted to make a few observations and seek a more educated view by the few experienced oil peop,e who may still read this bb.
I was generally underwhelmed by the results of the drilling carried out on the GWA to date and got the general impression that they are underwhelmed also so much so that the only positive message they could come up with is the poor results just how good Lancaster is. I almost got the impression that there is very little enthusiasm for our commitment well on Warwick to the extent that I am thinking would tbe money not be better spent elsewhere. Bear in mind I am not a subject t matter expert on geology or oil. I like to clearly understand things like the quality of the data, the size of the prospects t, the chance of success. Finally I also got the impression that at Lancaster a sustainable 18000bpd would be largely seen as a success but anything less say 15,000 would be considered a failure to deliver. If the orospe ts are as grim as one would believe reading this bb why are the instis largely staying g on board and what was the positive potential that underpinned a share price of 50p plus a year or so ago. I need to watch the presentation again.

Can we please get back to mature relevant debate about the real issues that matter in respect of this investment

One of the reasons I originally bought in was that if I took the risk that the seven deal would complete there would be lots of cash and we would be able to fund the Niger drilling campaign with hopefully a farm in partner onboard.

Today's share price is not nonsence it is cold horrible reality based on save getting into a position where it cannot fund Niger drilling there is no sniff of any farm in partners and there are major concerns about late payments, and bad debts in Nigeria.

AK is deluding himself if he thinks the sp is nonsense. He is presently unable to articulate a compelling g argument for a reversal of fortune other than we will soon get paid a percentage of monies owed and that we are in a good position to increase market share with new customers. Will that get us back to 30p in the present market.
I am holding but my sentiment blows hot and cold and I am feeling the chill today

When Larry replaced Paul Welch the share price was upper 20s I wonder the total salary and benefits he has taken whilst managing a 90% plus destruction of value. Dropped it 20% instantly on opening for no good reason other than they could, picked up the stop losses ramped it back upbefore lunch for over 15 % gain. Good work if you can get it I just wish I was in on it with them. The mafia would raise raise an eyebrow at some of their tactics but it's legal theft so we have to live with it or dont play

Following the meeting what was the general feeling in respect of how serious the delay in payments are?. Any sniff of anything positive?

Anyone care to guess how many companies need to be paid outstanding debts as part of the $750 million tranche and what SAVE slice will be. I am guessing that there will be further unpaid debt in addition to the 65 million that was the position when the acquisition report was published. If we get paid the majority of the debt we could reasonably hope for a positive market response . I am hoping that any potential disappointment is already priced in.

What is the chance of success on the WN drilling.

You better get in quick it feels good to make my first mindless ramp. Dont waste your time doing your own research just do what I suggest. Who knows is a few years time you could be driving a 6 year old Toyota like me

That is hopefully a worst case scenario things should look a lot better if we get a substantial payment from NRG. However I understand your view. I am on the edge after this mornings news
