I believe that's wrong Phland, the quarterly fee is now upon delivery of the MMU. I would suggest that the MMU delivery will also now no longer be Q3 or even in 2025 as a result of incomplete sample testing and therefore no further revenue from Valkor this year; based on how long it seems to be taking to do anything there.

From the 10/06/25 investor update RNS:

Quadrise now expects to deliver a smaller 600bpd Multifuel Manufacturing Unit ("MMU") to the PPS in Q3 2025, with the US$75k per quarter technology transfer fee payable by Valkor to Quadrise commencing from the date of delivery.

I have noticed the most recent linkedin posts have seen an upturn in frustrated comments requesting answers. If they (QED) continue to post the same repetitive sales patter to a captive audience, the tone of responses will only get worse.

AM can't even blame an over optimistic JM for this quarters showing. It's on him and the timelines he gave. There might be only 36 business days remaining (inc today) but I'd be getting into that office Saturday and Sundays to ensure they don't leave the quarter empty handed
